CALLING THE BODY OF CHRIST TO FAST

By Handmaid of the Most High

January 22, 2020 Repent for the Passage of Roe v Wade as it defiles our soil and petrifies in the Father’s nostrils.

January 22, 1973 – Roe v Wade,  The US Supreme Court, in a 7-2 decision, affirms the legality of a woman’s right to have an abortion under the Fourteenth amendment to the Constitution.

As some of you know, I have received a number of words from the Lord regarding the horrific sin of abortion.  Instead of reversing Roe V. Wade as we have come close to doing in the past, we are now allowing babies to be nearly born and crushing their skulls just before they are independent of their mother’s body!  This was passed last year, January 22, 2019 in New York!  Other states are planning to pass similar legislation.

Gov. Andrew Cuomo weighed in: “Today we are taking a giant step forward in the hard-fought battle to ensure a woman’s right to make her own decisions about her own personal health, including the ability to access an abortion…women in New York will have the fundamental right to control their own body.”

This is the entire article.

Since last week, The Father has been telling me to post His request:

“I call on all my children to don sackcloth and ashes before me and call a fast, that you would repent on behalf of your country for its most grievous sins.”  You have killed in the name of convenience and shame.  Covering your sin before man but not before me.  The blood of the most precious gift I can provide you, other than my son, lies in dirt and in dumps across your land, as a bunch of bones and refuse, crying out for justice.  When will my people realize the treachery that lies before me every second every minute, every hour, every day, every month, year after year decade after decade.  Millions a year are murdered for a few farthings.

You have no regret. Your conscience is seared and you continue on in the same sins over and over.  You have altered the path of history, playing god but I am Holy and I am Just and I am all Merciful.  You who maim will not be free from the persecution you have done.  You will bear great and grievous consequences!  Your land shall soon be no more.  You will not worship your bodies as temples of sins and harlotry’s it will be all in vain and for those who don’t repent, you will die a far more horrific death of your eternal soul.  My warnings are about to cease.  Soon, so soon, you will be no more.  Enjoy your sin for those who fail to humble yourselves, soon, there will only be survival.  The survival you once died, it will be denied for you.

Those who fear me, fall to your knees, bow your face in the dirt.  Cry out to me, in all humility and I will rescue you from damnation.  I am the Lord, thy God and I am Holy!”

So, saints, will you join me on January 22 for a water fast?  If you can not do it a full day, could you do a meal?  Or could you commit to pray for a hour or two or the whole day?  Would you ask the Father to forgive us for allowing this to happen 47 years ago and continue tomorrow?  47 years we have murdered more than a generation, over 62 million in the United States.

You could fast meat, or television, or social media or something that you normally include in your day as a pleasurable experience.

Prayer Focus:

1) Pray for those considering or planning to abort their child(ren).  Abortion is done seven days a week.  Ask that the Father would break through their fear, shame, stubbornness or other emotions to realize that there are options other than murder!  Ask him to send someone along their path that can witness to them and give them hope!  Ask Him to change their heart and to seek His solutions instead.

2) Pray for all the parents who willingly or unwillingly consented to aborting their child.  Pray that they would repent and properly grieve the loss of that child.  Pray that churches would offer to facilitate a grief support group.  There are books that can be done as a group study or individual to heal this hurt.

There are plenty of other options and even books directed at dad’s loss.

2) Pray for those who make their living aborting babies.  They are very lost.  They need Christ just as you or I still do.  Pray that they will seek other employment, that they will see the truth of what they are doing!

3) Pray for your law-makers, who only want to please the vocal abortion lobby.

4) Call the lawmakers and ask them to draft a bill to stop the murder.  As recently as 3 weeks ago, Senate kills funding bill to stop pro-abortion, pro-LGBT ‘poison pill’ in a bill regarding other matters.  This is how the enemy tries to sneak through his agenda.

5) Pray to the Father that He will forgive us for complacency while the helpless die.  Ask for Him to show you how to battle for the kingdom.

In Sin’s Grip No Longer

By Greg Laurie

LISTEN

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.”

—2 Corinthians 5:17

I heard about an old farmer, his wife, and their son who had never been to the big city. So they got into their old pickup truck, drove to the city, and found a place to park. The farmer’s wife decided to wait in the truck while her husband and son walked to a gleaming skyscraper to take a closer look.

As they entered the massive lobby, they watched as a set of mysterious doors opened and an elderly woman stepped inside. Then the doors closed. After a few moments passed, the doors opened again, and a beautiful young woman walked out.

The old farmer turned to his son and said, “Quick! Go get Mama!”

Wouldn’t it be great if we could walk into church as one person and leave as another? The Bible tells us that when we become Christians, we turn from darkness to light and from the power of Satan to God (see Acts 26:18). But that is not an instantaneous process.

Conversion happens in a moment, but the Christian life is one of growth and consistency. Salvation, or regeneration, is coming to Christ. Sanctification is growing in Christ. And that takes a lifetime.

The way you do that, according to Jesus, is to abide in Him and have His Word abiding in you (see John 15:4–7). It’s consistently walking with Jesus Christ each and every day.

We all struggle with certain sins. But the Bible tells us, “We know that our old sinful selves were crucified with Christ so that sin might lose its power in our lives. We are no longer slaves to sin” (Romans 6:6 NLT). Sin no longer holds us in its grip. We can overcome it.

Jesus has broken the power of sin that used to control your life. You’re a new person in Christ.
