Stepping Out Into the Unknown
By Deborah Waldron Fry
I heard, “Stepping out into the “unknown.” — “No turning back!”
“Beloved. It is time, My Child. Time to step out in faith. You have been led by sight until now but now I AM holding out My Hand to you to walk in Places you cannot see.
is the time to walk by faith and not sight. Fear not, My Child. Though this Place is not known to you, it is known by Me. Nothing is hidden from My Eyes.
“Your Path has been laid
out for you before your birth. Will you trust Me? I AM Abba Father. My Spirit shall lead you farther than your natural eyes can see.
“Your intellect will not take you there.
Your senses will not take you there. Only by the Spirit of God can you access the Deep Places.
“Hear My Whispers, Dear One. Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way,
walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left.
“In all your ways acknowledge Me and I will direct your paths. I shall make the invisible visible on this Highway of Holiness.
You shall see as I see.
“Though the enemy desires to trip you up and send you on detours, keep your eyes upon Me. I KNOW where we are going, Beloved. In the Heavenly Realm, you need no
GPS, for I will be your Guide.
“Let My Spirit be your GOD positioning service. Oh yes, Dear One. You have nothing to fear, for only My redeemed walk on My Highway. Come, Beloved,
follow Me, for this is My Promise to you.
“I will lead the blind by a way they did not know; I will guide you on unfamiliar paths. I will turn darkness into light before you and rough places into
“These things I will do for you, and I will not forsake you. It is time, Beloved for My Redeemed to step out into the “Unknown” for I will make it KNOWN to you by
the Spirit as you walk in faith.”
“Your ears will hear a word behind you, “This is the way, walk in it,” whenever you turn to the right or to the left,” Isaiah
“In all your ways acknowledge Him, and He will make your paths straight,” Proverbs 3:6.
“I will lead the blind
by a way they did not know; I will guide them on unfamiliar paths. I will turn darkness into light before them and rough places into level ground. These things I will do for them, and I will not forsake them,” Isaiah 42:16.
“So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal,” 2 Corinthians 4:18.
“For in this hope we were saved; but hope that is seen is no hope at all. Who hopes for what he can already see?” Romans 8:24.
“For we walk by faith, not
by sight,” 2 Corinthians 5:7.
“Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen,” Hebrews 11:1.
“And there will be a highway called the Way of Holiness. The unclean will not travel it, only those who walk in that Way — and fools will not stray onto it. No lion will be there, and no vicious beast will go up on it.
Such will not be found there, but the redeemed will walk upon it,” Isaiah 35:8.
“Let us fix our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before
Him endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners, so that you will not grow weary and lose heart.…” Hebrews 12:2-3.
“Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. In My Father’s house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And
if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also. And where I go you know, and the way you know.”
Thomas said to Him,
“Lord, we do not know where You are going, and how can we know the way?”
Jesus said to him, “I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me,”
