Overcoming False Labor & Stepping Over Healthy Birth

“Braxton-Hicks” contractions can occur during the second and third trimester of waiting to give birth.  They are many times referred to as false labor that comes before actual labor.

They are commonly identified:

Irregular in intensity, infrequent,

Non-rhythmic to the normal birth process,

Uncomfortable and sometimes more painful than the actual on-set of labor,

They do not increase with intensity and eventually fade with time.

The causes vary however some of the causes are:

Dehydration,

When the mother has been anxiety ridden,

When the mother and baby have been over-active.

Ways to alleviate Braxton-Hicks contractions:

Change positions of rest,

Plenty of liquids/ warm liquids/ warm baths.

The LORD is raising up highly skilled mid-wives that can play strategic roles in the birthing process.

They will help others prepare for the toning up the wall of prayer through by fasting and prayer.  Interchanged with resting before the presence of the Lord.

By pleading the Blood of Jesus also strengthens the one who is giving birth that all unify to improve the right conditions for a healthy birth.
