"Reflections Upon Reflections" [of The Father's Heart]

...."You, in Your great compassion, did not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them by day, to guide them on their way, or the pillar of fire by night, to light for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19 NASB

                                            PRIDE LEFT UNATTENDED

Words of prophecy:

*       Any word or action spoken and/or done apart from My Word and My Spirit can be "justified" [in one's own thinking] as being of Me when one is bound by a "spirit of self-righteousness" [spiritual pride].

...."All the ways of a man are pure in his own eyes, but the Lord weighs the spirits [the thoughts and intents of the heart] [I Sam. 16:7; Heb. 4:12.]".... Proverbs 16:2 The Amplified Translation

...."the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, that shines brighter and brighter until the full day. The way of the wicked [unrighteous] is like darkness; They do not know over what they stumble".... Proverbs 4:18-19 NASB

...."But woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites, because you shut off the kingdom of heaven from people; for you do not enter in yourselves, nor do you allow those who are entering to go in".... Matthew 23:13 NASB

...."The scribes and the Pharisees have seated themselves in the chair of Moses; therefore all that they tell you, do and observe, but do not do according to their deeds; for they say things and do not do them. They tie up heavy burdens and lay them on men's shoulders, but they themselves are unwilling to move them with so much as a finger. But they do all their deeds to be noticed by men".... Matthew 23:2-5a NASB

It is pride that will not accept help and/or guidance. Even the tiniest ground of pride left unattended to [through lack of a certain "yielding" of one's heart to the Holy Spirit] hinders [and even stops] the flow of revelation to the heart. The good news is that when that hindering ground is removed, the Holy Spirit [Who is the Spirit of wisdom and revelation] can instantaneously begin to flow again - flooding the "good ground" in one's heart with the divine Light necessary for them to enter [perfectly prepared] into their true Kingdom-position and destiny, in Christ.

...."A man's pride will bring him low, but a humble spirit will obtain honor".... The fear of man brings a snare, but he who trusts in the LORD will be exalted. Proverbs 29:23, 25 NASB

...."Hearken; Behold, there went out a sower to sow: And it came to pass, as he sowed, some fell by the way side, and the fowls of the air came and devoured it up. And some fell on stony ground, where it had not much earth; and immediately it sprang up, because it had no depth of earth: But when the sun was up, it was scorched; and because it had no root, it withered away. And some fell among thorns, and the thorns grew up, and choked it, and it yielded no fruit. And other fell on good ground, and did yield fruit that sprang up and increased; and brought forth, some thirty, and some sixty, and some an hundred".... Mark 4:3-8  NASB

Prayer of Proclamation:

Father, we thank You and praise You that You are continually doing the deepest work of the Cross in the lives of all those who have given their heart "wholly" to You. We thank You and praise You that as we enter into Your holy Presence on a daily basis You "flood" our innermost being with Your divine Light - exposing all that is apart from You and replacing it with Your Love and Truth. And we declare it DONE [on an ongoing basis] in Jesus' Name - to Your greatest Glory. Amen.

...."the love of God [the Father] has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us".... Romans 5:5 NASB
