This Is Where It Gets Easy

By Russ Walden

The Father says today, this is where it gets easy. You know you have come to Me when suddenly all is yoke easy, burden light. That isn't the consensus of the councils of the uninformed, but it is the clear testimony of My word. Yoke easy is the word over your life this day. Burden light is My plan for you, says God. The crushing burden that holds you in captivity does not originate from My throne. Set aside your natural understanding and see with the eye of the Spirit. In every challenge and every confrontation of the enemy I have provided a way of escape that you might run to Me, and in a moment of time see the clouds of darkness dissipate, revealing the light of My promise in the impossible situation.

Enter into rest, says the Father. Those who strive and those who struggle have yet to learn this lesson. The disciples were in the storm rowing with all their might and getting nowhere, for the winds were contrary to them. Are you getting nowhere? Yes, My instruction was to go to the other side and that is My instruction for you. The situation you are facing is transitory. You are in that process on your way to the other side. You will not be able to get there under your own power. Invite Me into the bow of your boat. Those waters that seem so impassible are the same waves I am walking on right now to bring you suddenly to land. It's who I am and what I do. Open your heart and breathe in of My faithfulness. Rest your mind in the promise that I am ever with you and bringing you through to the fair shores of your promised destiny.

God is obviously not finished with us, so we must draw close to the Lord and ask. Give Him all your burdens beloved. Give Him your loneliness & draw close.
