There is No Compromise for the Body of Christ

By Miss Shelly

After the spirit of Conviction fell heavily upon the Intercessor one morning when she was worshipping, the Intercessor chose to repent of all the offences & sin that the Holy Spirit showed that she was keeping within the layers of her soul.  Boldly now, she calls upon the fire of God to expose any sin or offence she may be holding on to willingly or unwillingly.  You see, there is no more gray area and most certainly, there is no compromise for the Body of Christ. God has drawn the line and is calling His people to complete consecration especially during these days of the Feast of Tabernacles.

God gave the biblical festivals to teach the Jewish people about His character and to help us understand His plan of salvation. But all Christians who have been "grafted in" to the olive tree (Romans 11:17) share the rich heritage and roots of the Judeo Christian.

“I am the light of the world. Whoever follows Me will never walk in darkness, but will have the light of life” (John 8:12).

Many have refused to have their own darkness exposed by that light. But we were those who were drawn to the light, whose hearts burned with the truth of Yeshua and we received Christ.

So the Intercessor then felt the cleansing, a purification of the Spirit of God through her tears of atonement and repentance.  And, she knew there was no more defilement!  It was like she had just taken a nice hot shower after days of filth and grime.  It was her Mikveh or mikvah (Hebrew: מִקְוֶה / מקווה , Modern mikve, Tiberian miqweh, pl. mikva'ot, mikvoth, mikvot, or mikves, lit. "a collection") is a bath used for the purpose of ritual immersion in Judaism to achieve ritual purity. Wikipedia - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mikveh .

The Intercessor knew this (repentance) was required each day because the onslaught of the enemy was so intense.  It was like a full court press in basketball.  Their goal was to wear the saints down as much as possible.  And, she was no exception.  Perhaps it was more intense for her or any other “front-line” warrior.  Her choice was clear; she wanted to serve the Living God!

It’s been approximately 30 years now since she first started spending time every day with the Lord.  Her broken heart had opened her world to reach out and urgently call upon the Lord of Hosts to help her, for she desperately needed Jesus to divinely intervene.  He would show up and embrace her with His unconditional Love day in and day out. He would speak to her both spiritually and in the Word.  She embraced His presence. She learned to dwell in that secret place, under His shadow.  Eventually, she realized that she couldn’t live her life without the Lord.

Now she saw a vision of a balloon of blue color (represents prophetic unction) being let go by some unforeseen hand. She also saw other balloons of many colors being released by other unforeseen hands.  The balloons represented the body of Christ with their unique gifts and anointing’s. And as each member of the body of Christ genuinely repented from his/her sins, the enemy’s hand had to let them go!

So they too, can rise up above all the “weight of the world” and away from the demonic entities that was accusing them day and night, holding them down under heavy burdens here on this earth.  Some are not even aware that the spirits of the accuser, offence, sin, lying, & deceit were causing them to be so heavy laden, and self-conscience.  It forced them to hide, so that they could try to prevent any spirit of shame or fear or other entities to come upon them so much that it just kept them in captivity.  No one wants to admit that they may be wrong in their behavior, what they may say, or their actions.

You are not alone my friend.  We all sin and fall short of the Glory of God!  So,

“Repent, for the Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!”  It’s the best thing you could do for yourself and for those around you!  Then, make that commitment to seek the Lord and draw near, to give Him all your burdens every day!  Put Him first in your life!  And finally, choose to serve the Living God!

After repentance, the Intercessor saw each member of the Body of Christ rise up above all the (spirits of) wickedness, unrighteousness, abuse, violence, strongholds etc., that felt they had some legal right to keep them down.  Instead, Jesus became their stronghold and the enemy could no longer hold them down.  Their hand had to release those who chose to repent from the sin(s) that easily beheld them.  No more grip of hold!  It was finished, way back at Calvary!  Revelation came of the fact that satan was defeated way back at the Cross and has no authority or power to hold down the body of Christ any longer.  Her prayer was that we all would get this Revelation!

As they rose up above all their circumstances, their sin, offence, unforgiveness, rebellion, and sin consciousness, totally submitting to the Holy Sprit through repentance, they were able to see things quite differently.  Then and only then were they capable to “powerfully” warfare and pull down those strongholds, as they overcame and dismantled all those works of darkness. The Word became a light to their path.  We must submit to God, resist the devil(s), and they must flee!

What a revelation!  She heard, “it’s not by power, not by might, but by My Spirit,” says the Lord!  You see, we desperately need the Lord Jesus all the time! She knew that as she submitted, and completely surrendered to the Lord, He could show her great and mighty things that she did not know.

Through repentance there is nothing in you that belongs to the devil and he has no power over you beloved. You will be free to serve Jesus, not in your own works but allowing Him to use you as a vessel fit for His use.

And what better way to steward your gifts, and the anointing’s with integrity, purity and never leaving the secret place but dwelling in it from this day forward!

John 14:30 Hereafter I will not talk much with you: for the prince of this world cometh, and hath nothing in Me.
[he has nothing in common with me; there is nothing in me that belongs to him, and he has no power over me! )

John 12:31

Now judgment is upon this world; now the prince of this world will be cast out.

1 John 5:18

We know that anyone born of God does not keep on sinning; the One who was born of God protects him, and the evil one cannot touch him.

James 4:7-10 (KJV)

7 Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from you.

8 Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you. Cleanse your hands, ye sinners; and purify your hearts, ye double minded.

9 Be afflicted, and mourn, and weep: let your laughter be turned to mourning, and your joy to heaviness.

10 Humble yourselves in the sight of the Lord, and he shall lift you up.

Zechariah 4:6 (KJV)

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This [is] the word of the LORD unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

Leviticus 20:7-8 (KJV)

7 Sanctify yourselves therefore, and be ye holy: for I am the Lord your God.

8 And ye shall keep my statutes, and do them: I am the Lord, which sanctify you.

2 Chronicles 7:14  (KJV)

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

Psalm 91 King James Version (KJV)

91 He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.

2 I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.

3 Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.

4 He shall cover thee with his feathers, and under his wings shalt thou trust: his truth shall be thy shield and buckler.

5 Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;

6 Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday.

7 A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.

8 Only with thine eyes shalt thou behold and see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because thou hast made the Lord, which is my refuge, even the most High, thy habitation;

10 There shall no evil befall thee, neither shall any plague come nigh thy dwelling.

11 For he shall give his angels charge over thee, to keep thee in all thy ways.

12 They shall bear thee up in their hands, lest thou dash thy foot against a stone.

13 Thou shalt tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt thou trample under feet.

14 Because he hath set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high, because he hath known my name.

15 He shall call upon me, and I will answer him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him, and honour him.

16 With long life will I satisfy him, and shew him my salvation.

King James Version (KJV)
