Why Don’t You Ask Me?

By Angela Pope

Being important to God, means being unimportant to man.

The spirit of religion is NOT the Spirit of God.

In these last days, we must be open to the (LORD’s) opinion on all matters.

If not, we will be entangled in “false truth”.

The truth of man mocks the Truth of The Spirit, as it mimics it, with the express purpose of stealing His Glory!  Which results in making us feel important.

Most offenses, which many are encountering now, are simply someone not appreciating or acknowledging your importance.

Only The Spirit of God can come in like scalpel and separate what is truth from what is not truth.

Many have attempted to do so in their own understanding, and have wounded The LORD’s sheep.

What the flesh does is to trick you into not seeing your heart’s true desires.  What many don’t realize is that in order to feel important, one must first make others unimportant.

This Word is for the majority.

The spirit of competition seeks someone to compete against.

Many wolves and false lions are amongst us.

We need The Holy Spirit’s discernment now more than ever before in history!

The enemy has many focusing on politics and race division, to distract them from the true battle.  The battle for our souls.

Church against church etc.  Race against race, right to life, politics etc..

This should not be…

The title “Christian” has been adulterated so much, so that believers are being challenged by God to truly be the hands and the feet of Christ.

The church building has been marred by the world’s systems and powers.

God is asking of His true followers to fight, using the weapons of our warfare.

This weaponry cannot be used without clean hands and pure hearts.

The Great Commission tells us to go out into all the world and preach the gospel of Jesus the Christ, making them believers, not necessarily church attendees.

God will guide and direct them to a body of believers, whether it be in a building or in a home.

Where they go… is up to God.

The true question God is asking at this time is, “Why don’t you ask Me?

I will not lie to you.

I will not cause you to work in vain.

Noah seemed insane in man’s opinion, but in My opinion, he was obedient and not seeking importance.

David was after My heart; even Gideon inquired of Me!

Seek after Me with all your heart, all your soul and all your mind.  Then, and only then, will you truly hear My Voice.

Many think they know Me but they don’t!  They find comfort in their own voices and in the voices of others.

Come to the river and drink of Me.  I will fill you with living water that will satisfy.”

“The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy.  I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly,”   John 10:10.

God is obviously not finished with us, so we must draw close to the Lord and ask. Give Him all your burdens beloved. Give Him your loneliness & draw close.
