Seeing God’s Kingdom From God’s Perspective

By Kathy Mote

Seeing God's Kingdom from God's perspective has changed how I live my life and certainly how I go to war. None of the created, fallen beings like us very much, and where there is honor and order in God's Kingdom, there is no honor or order in the devil's kingdom. Anarchy 'rules' there.

In God's Kingdom, Christ is God's powerful, final Word and every knee that bows before Him knows first hand that all things work by Him. All power and all authority has been given to Him. His authority completely covers us as it lives, moves and breathes in us. This means what He says goes in our hearts and lives and knowing this is key to winning every battle you will ever find yourself in. Knowing where you stand is your most powerful weapon. It changes how you live.

Everyone wants to command the devil and cast out demons. Surely. Go right ahead. In my life I've done my fair share of that, but it is a lifestyle of squabbling with my Lord's enemy rather than standing in His presence while His enemies are far from us.

This is how we measure His authority in our lives. We stand under His authority first by honoring Him as LORD and accepting His Word. Then we live in peace, far from the work of His enemies. This is our personal life and our walk. Perhaps our warfare is to remain and believe.

This is the place where demons don't enter. They don't operate in His presence. As you remain there and walk with Him, they flee far away from you. In the five years since the Lord showed me this, I have only had to tell the enemy to leave someone else.
