FIRE BY NIGHT
By Glenn H. Jackson
"Reflections Upon Reflections" [of The Father's Heart]
...."You, in Your great compassion, did not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them by day, to guide them on their way, or the pillar of fire by night, to light for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19 NASB
WE NO LONGER HAVE THE RIGHT TO LIVE FOR OURSELVES
Words of Prophecy:
* Everything that is sown to the "flesh" is, in light of the spiritual reality of the Cross, the Resurrection, the Ascension and the call to holiness, an absolute denial of the precious
Blood of Jesus - and is an insult to the Spirit of Grace!
...."And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God [do not offend or vex or sadden Him], by Whom you were
sealed [marked, branded as God's own, secured]".... Ephesians 4:30 The Amplified Translation
* How many of My children know that their reward "begins" in the earth and
* Truly I say to you, I shall expose the heart of every man in this final hour, and their deepest thoughts and intentions [righteous or unrighteous] shall
surely be exposed for all to see. There shall be great reward for those who are found abiding in righteousness and a great "awakening" for those clinging to unrighteousness - in any of its forms.
."According to the grace of God which was given to me, like a wise master builder I laid a foundation, and another is building on it. But each man must be careful how he builds on it. For no man can lay a foundation other than the one which is laid, which
is Jesus Christ. Now if any man builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw, each man's work will become evident; for the day will show it because it is to be revealed with fire, and the fire itself will test the quality of
each man's work. If any man's work which he has built on it remains, he will receive a reward. If any man's work is burned up, he will suffer loss; but he himself will be saved, yet so as through fire".... 1 Corinthians 3:10-15 NASB
...."For the love of Christ controls us, having concluded this, that one died for all, therefore all died; and He died for all, so that they who live might NO LONGER LIVE FOR THEMSELVES, but for Him who
died and rose again on their behalf".... 2 Corinthians 5:14-15 NASB
This scripture touches on the spiritual reality that we NO longer have the right to live for
ourselves as true Christians [true sons and daughters]. So, when one "willfully" [and, when I say willfully, I mean rebelliously] continues to "sow to the flesh" [sense-knowledge and perception] they are, in reality, denying the precious Blood of Jesus - which
brought us perfect access [along with many other things]into the Grace of God [and, thus, they are denying the Holy Spirit - Who is the Spirit of Grace, the Spirit of Love, the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, the Spirit of Truth etc.].
We are coming down to the last hour - and, thus, not surprisingly, the absolute truth of God's Word and the absolute Kingdom principles contained therein are being brought forth. This [holy fire] will bring
ALL in the church to accountability before the Father and His Word in this hour - producing much reward and blessing for the righteous [those who are truly seeking first the Kingdom]and much exposure and conviction [which is a very good thing - although it
may not seem that way to many, at first]for those who still "maintain" any element of "self" on the throne of their heart. Another spontaneous by-product of this call to accountability will be that when the "smoke clears" a Glorious Church shall arise from
the ashes in great Power [Love and Truth and Righteousness] to impact the world as it has NEVER been impacted before.
...."Arise, shine; for your light has come,
and the glory of the LORD has risen upon you. For behold, darkness will cover the earth and deep darkness the peoples; But the LORD will rise upon you and His glory will appear upon you. Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your
rising".... Isaiah 60:1-3 NASB
Prayer of Proclamation:
Father, we thank You
and praise You that You have raised us up a people who no longer desire to live for ourselves but for You [and Your people], alone. And we declare it DONE [on an ongoing basis], in the Name of Jesus - to Your greatest Glory. Amen.
