God Is Not Separated
From His Word
By Kathy Mote
God is not separated from His Word. Jesus is His Word, the full and complete expression of the Father's
desire for us, and He is not separated from His promise, which is the promise that we would know Him according to His desire.
Our problem is that our natural thinking is carnal. As long as we are in our
flesh, we are compelled to surrender our understanding. This is how He meant for it to be, that throughout eternity, we would know Him as He is and not rebel against Him or be separate from Him.
know the Life of His promise as we know Him, for He and His promise are never parted. His ways and thoughts are higher than ours, something else He did on purpose. We will know Him as He knows us, not just know of Him. What would we do with the knowledge of
Him without Him, but rise above Him. This is what He saved us from. Above all, He is good, and honest.
All His Promises Are Yes, and Amen
All His promises are Yes, and Amen. That means we receive them. His first promise is that we should seek Him. His second promise is that we would love Him.
This is Hard To Say
By Kathy Mote
This is hard to say without being misunderstood
by the carnal mind and misinterpreted by prideful and carnal thinking...
What the Father promised Jesus, He promised to all who are in Him.
in Him, we are made the same as Him, which means to comply to the desires of His heart, completely agreeing with what He says to us. This is to be changed by His presence as He continually works in us.
even conceive of receiving such promises is to belong to Him completely, living in His embrace. We speak as He speaks, we live on every word spoken to us. We abide in His presence.
To rule and reign mean
something entirely different to the humble heart than it does to the flesh and carnal thinking who are without Him. It means to walk above all that would take us from Him, which is to trample on all that comes against Him.
Lord Has Promised You
By Kathy Mote
What the Lord has promised you, He is faithful to give. Be faithful to trust Him to do as He promised,
for He is as He is, and He is faithful. He holds your life every minute.
"Listen, listen to me, and eat what is good, and you will delight in the richest diet. Give ear and come to Me and listen that you
may live. I will make with you an everlasting covenant, my faithful love promised to David.
See, I have made him a witness to you, a ruler and commander of the people. Surely you will summon nations you
know not, and nations you do not know will come running to you, because of the Lord your God, the Holy One of Israel, for He has endowed you with splendor."
Isaiah 55. This speaks of the Father's faithfulness
to Jesus and all who are in Him. The promise made to David was that God's love would rule over God's people, bringing peace to us. That is the promise God made and we live in peace because of it.
heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways. My thoughts are higher than your thoughts.
As the rain and the snow come down from heaven and do not return without watering the
earth, making it bud and flourish so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater, so is my word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it."
He is continually bringing about His promise, that we may live in the Earth as He brings about all that He promised. Isaiah speaks of His return, and the Earth's response to His appearing as we are gathered to Him.
"You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.
Instead of the thornbush will
grow the juniper, and instead of briers the myrtle will grow. This will be for the Lord’s renown, for an everlasting sign, that will endure forever.”
We live because He is faithful. He will
rule over us in peace as we trust Him, for His love for us is faithful and He is faithful to fulfill it. Thousands of years pass between the day of the promise and the fulfillment of the promise, and all along He has been bringing about His promise.
Isaiah speaks from the heart of God that all will be gathered to Him. We who wait for Him no longer travail, we rejoice that He is faithful. For in this generation are the mighty ones who are called to Him. We live
knowing He is faithful.
Will Always Accuse
By Kathy Mote
The enemy will always accuse you of what he is guilty of. He will hold you to a high standard he comes
nowhere near himself. In his jealousy he will accuse you of being all he wants to destroy. With bitterness and anger he will call the righteous evil, for he resents their purity of heart. He will accuse you of failing what the Lord never asked of you. He will
try to hold you accountable to his opinion, something that should not bother you.
It's a good thing we don't answer to him, and a relief we don't argue back. He has nothing to say that we care about, we
don't take his accusations to heart. Let the heart of the righteous stand up and face him down! After all, the Lord delivered us. The devil wears no crown.
