The Cloudburst of Glory

By Deborah Waldron Fry

I heard, “Into each life some rain must fall.”

This is a quote from a poem.  But The Holy Spirit is not speaking of rain as a bad thing.  Oh no, His ways are not our ways.

When our God speaks of Rain, He speaks of GOOD THINGS!  His Rain speaks of joy and goodness and prosperity and the quenching of thirst and RIVERS in the desert!

Listen to what The Spirit is saying, “Into your life, My Glory Rain is falling!”

Over your head there is a CLOUDBURST of Living Waters; His Glorious Rain is falling bringing JOY and shouts of VICTORY!

The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; the Right Hand of The LORD does valiantly!

“Beloved.  Be still, Sad Heart.  Be still, My Child, and know that I AM God.  Though these times are dark, I AM the Light.  I AM the Sun of Righteousness arising with Healing in His Wings.

My Healing Rain is falling and My Glorious SUN is shining upon you.  Do you see the Bright Clouds?

There is a CLOUDBURST upon you, My Child!  The rain and the sunlight combine in the natural to make a rainbow.  It reflects My Glory. It is a sign and a wonder to let you know that the Son is still sitting upon His Throne.

It is a representation of the Seven Spirits of your God.  The Rainbow is a sign of My covenant and My Glory; that your Abba Father is always covering you, always providing for you, always protecting you, always delivering you from danger and death.

Remember not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I AM doing a NEW THING; now it shall spring forth; shall you not know it?

I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.  YES, Dear One!  See My Clouds of Glory by faith.

When you pass through the Valley of Weeping, I shall make it a Spring; The Rain shall also cover it with pools.

As the natural rain waters the earth and does not return without making My creation bud and flourish, so shall My Word water and nourish your seeds planted in faith! My Glory Rain is causing a GREAT CROP to come forth!

Press on, Beloved!  Let not your heart be troubled but seek to know Me in a deeper way.  Deep is calling unto deep!

My Going Forth is as certain as the Dawn, I will come to you like the Rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth.  And I will FILL you to OVERFLOWING with Glorious Rivers of Living Water!

Look up, Beloved! The GLORY CLOUDS are BURSTING with MY GRACE and GOODNESS.

Let not your heart be troubled.  Just let the RAIN fall.  Get ready for your SUDDENLY!  And you shall go out in Joy and be led forth in Peace; the mountains and hills will BURST into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands.”

Longfellow’s poem: “The Rainy Day.”

“Be still, sad heart! and cease repining,  Behind the clouds is the sun still shining.  Thy fate is the common fate of all.  Into each life some rain must fall.”

CLOUDBURST : A sudden copious rainfall, a sudden and heavy outpouring : deluge

“Yet He has not left Himself without testimony: He has shown kindness by giving you RAIN from heaven and crops in their seasons; He provides you with plenty of food and fills your hearts with joy,”   Acts 14:17.

“Drip down, O heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness.  Let the earth open up that salvation may sprout and righteousness spring up with it; I, The LORD, have created it,”   Isaiah 45:8.

“Then shall we know, if we follow on to know The LORD: His going forth is as certain as the dawn; and He shall come unto us as the rain, as the latter and former rain unto the earth,”   Hosea 6:33.

“Ask ye of The LORD rain in the time of the latter rain; so The LORD shall make bright clouds, and give them showers of rain, to every one grass in the field,”   Zechariah 10:1.

“Blessed are those whose strength is in You, whose hearts are set on pilgrimage.  As they pass through the Valley of Baca (Strong’s Hebrew H1056, weeping), they make it a place of springs; even the latter rain covers it with pools,”   Psalm 84:5-6.

“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old.  Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it?  I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert,”   Isaiah 43:18-19.

“For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways,” declares The LORD.  “As the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways and my thoughts than your thoughts.  As the RAIN and the snow come down from heaven, and do not return to it without watering the earth and making it bud and flourish, so that it yields seed for the sower and bread for the eater,  so is my word that goes out from My mouth: It will not return to Me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it.  You will go out in joy and be led forth in peace; the mountains and hills will burst into song before you, and all the trees of the field will clap their hands,”   Isaiah 55:8-12.

“The sound of joyful shouting and salvation is in the tents of the righteous; The right hand of The LORD does valiantly,”   Psalm 118:15.
