Those
Who Are In His Presence
Kathy Mote
Those who are in His presence are in the eye of the storm, exempt from the shaking and turbulence
that the storm brings to the world. The Lord is bringing great change to the Earth.

I
Would Like To Share
By Kathy Mote
I would like to share what the Lord taught me as He corrected my heart. We think He follows us around,
correcting our mistakes, judging what we are doing, but He carefully plans what He does in us to keep our heart safe.
Five years ago, the Lord showed me a very plain room that had very little furniture
in it. A bed, a chair and a little table. It was a simple room with windows near the ceiling that let the warm buttery sunlight in, but you couldn't see out of them. He spoke to me then and asked me, Would you live like that for Me? Would you live in the quiet
of the back room of My temple, giving yourself wholly and entirely to Me to serve Me?
I said, Yes, Lord, I would live like that. It would be an honor and my greatest pleasure. Today He is asking me that
same question, and I am saved from my struggles as I give Him that same answer. I am finding that in surrendering all that I am and all I am called to do, I am protected from the world around me.
There is a frenetic pace raging in the
world today. There is warfare on every level. It's hard not to get caught up in it. It drains your joy just to be exposed to it. It seems that everyone is raising their voice to be heard, and they are all saying something different. So here I am, content
in my choice to sit in His presence hearing only Him.
But there's more and I am almost embarrassed to say how my heart has been struggling. I will say that the question He asked me five years ago was for
today, and giving Him the same answer as I did then has ended all my struggling. He knew what I would face today, and He gave me what I needed to overcome. He knew back then what it would take to keep me safe and sound, and that is what He is doing in all
of us who choose Him over being recognized.

We Think Of Our Walk
By Kathy Mote
We think of our walk with Him as something we started, something we do
and keep up, but we would not have known of Him if He hadn't chosen us. Hearing Him and coming to Him was our response. It depends on which side you see things from, who chose who first.
But let me assure
you, He created you, He loves you and He chose you, and He is still bringing your heart to Him.

As the Snow Fell
By Kathy Mote
As the snow
fell, my heart went out toward my daughter, and I was concerned for her safety. I asked God to keep her from slipping on the icy sidewalk and falling. He pressed my heart, and I realized how I must sound to Him, like I haven't been shown enough mercy to be
confident of His love for us.
I said, Lord, what must I sound like to You. What must I think of You to beg You to show such a simple kindness. I said I was sorry for not being any more confident of His
love for my daughter. I was sorry for not being any more grateful to Him. That would have been faith, to be confident of Him, but my heart was nowhere near being grateful, it was fearful.
He answered me,
and what He said healed my heart more deeply than I can explain to you. He healed how I see my past and gave me a stronger and more love filled heart to bring me into my future, a heart filled with a humility and gratitude so deep in His presence that it is
an expression of confidence in Him.
He said, No, I am sorry. I am sorry for all the shaking you have endured, even as I have kept you. But what kindness I have shown you in the past is nothing compared to the kindness I am about to
show you. I will open the Heavens and reveal My heart and lavish My care upon you.
You know, we always think of our walk with Him as something we are trying to do. We consider faith our effort to believe
in Him. We do not see our walk from His perspective, that we are His beloved children, and He is nurturing our heart to bring us to a revelation of Him. We have been humbled. We are being raised. We will begin to know His love for us. This is what we are called
to be, His Beloved, the work of His hands.

The Sons of God
By Kathy Mote
The sons of God are not yet revealed. God's powerful presence being revealed in them is how they will be revealed. God isn't finished
with us yet. But let me tell you, as true as the scriptures are, they are not all there is to HIM. He will be revealed in us as He fulfills them. Then they will be confirmation of Him. That is His intention in them.
The revelation of Him is veiled in them until He is revealed in us. The reason for this is we are not to accomplish Christ in us by knowing the scriptures, He will accomplish His desire in us by His presence. We are called to know Him.
So if you want to know God's purpose in you, sit and be quiet in your heart, surrender your heart to Him and listen.
When He answers you, you will know why you waited for Him. Life is in His
presence. Those who labor, labor in vain lest the Lord build the house. He is creating His image in us as He brings us into His presence. That is His Life in us.
