FIRE BY NIGHT
By Glenn H. Jackson
"Reflections Upon Reflections" [of The Father's Heart]
...."You, in Your great compassion, did
not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them by day, to guide them on their way, or the pillar of fire by night, to light for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19 NASB
THE SPHERE OF THE KINGDOM
Words of prophecy:
* It is through a "sustained" obedience that one both enters into and remains within the "sphere" of My Kingdom.
"sustain" - to undergo, experience, or suffer
[in this case, for righteousness' sake]; endure [in the faith]without giving away or yielding; to keep [a person, the mind, the spirit etc.] from giving away, as under trial or affliction;
"sphere" - the
place or environment within which a person or thing exists; a field of activity or operation;
...."When they had preached the good news (Gospel) to that town
and made disciples of many of the people, they went back to Lystra and Iconium and Antioch, Establishing and strengthening the souls and the hearts of the disciples, urging and warning and encouraging them to stand firm in the faith, and [telling them] that
it is through many hardships and tribulations [trials] we must enter the kingdom of God".... Acts 14:21-22 The Amplified Translation
...."But seek [aim
at and strive after] first of all His kingdom and His righteousness [His way of doing and being right]".... Matthew 6:33 The Amplified Translation
...."whatever
does not originate and proceed from faith is sin".... Romans 14:23b The Amplified Translation
...."I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and
I in him bears much [abundant] fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing".... John 15:5 The Amplified Translation
There
is no "self" in the sphere of the Kingdom. There is no "sin" in the sphere of the Kingdom. Indeed, there is NOTHING apart from Christ [the King] in the Kingdom. For in the "sphere" of the Kingdom there is ONLY the exercising of faith, love and obedience -
and the continual pursuit of the "fullness" of one's precious destiny, in holiness.
...."Therefore, brethren, be all the more diligent to make certain about His
calling and choosing you; for as long as you practice these things, you will never stumble; for in this way the entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ will be abundantly supplied to you".... 2 Peter 1:10-11 NASB
Prayer of Proclamation:
Father, we thank You and praise You that You have raised us up a "Kingdom-people" - a people
who seek nothing for themselves but, rather, everything for the advancement of Your Kingdom in the earth. And we declare it DONE [on an ongoing basis], in the Name of Jesus - to Your greatest Glory. Amen.
