I Have Come To The Place

By Kathy Mote

I have come to the place where I can no longer filter what I know of Him through my knowledge of the written texts. There is more to Him, and more of Him than is written, and what is written does not accurately describe! It doesn't come close!

What we can imagine in our mind is not hearing His voice is our heart! No, the only way to know Him is to know Him and to do that you give Him your heart. To hear Him is to live in His presence and not 'live by' what is in your mind.

This morning I woke up hearing, Jesus, we are dying to meet You! I see a vision of a woman standing before Him, a big smile on her face, love shining from His.

This woman has finally come face to face with Him. Beyond Him, there is nothing else! What must we go through before we finally see Him face to face!

On this, my forty-second Christmas of knowing Him, I can honestly say I am tired of this life! He is the joy that fills my heart, and it is the care of this life that weighs me down! I wait for Him! It astounds me that we have thought to measure Him by what is written of Him.... imagine that, the Living God who loves us far more than our mind can embrace.

He told me that of all the things we are seeing today, and of all the changes that are to come, what He is doing in our heart is The Current Event. That seeing Him IS the great change to come. He is bringing Heaven to our heart, and we will see Him as He is! The Living God is the risen Savior who created all things, and He holds our hearts in His hands. Being face to face with Him IS being 'saved.' Knowing Him IS being healed.

The Lord Showed Me

By Kathy Mote

The Lord showed me something that I would like to share. What He showed me clarified His definition of salvation. To Him, it means being in His presence in right standing.

To stand face to face with the Lord who created us is the point of our entire existence. It is the sum of all that He is doing in us.

But we have made it about what we say and do and believe to fit what we think He wants from us and that is the wrong perspective. It is being accepted that makes us right with Him. Being accepted and knowing it by knowing Him.

The Lord asked me about the people who lived and died before Jesus came. They didn't accept Jesus into their heart because Jesus hadn't come yet, but they waited for Him. The earlier ones didn't know to wait for Him because He hadn't been promised yet. They believed God and He counted them to have a right heart with Him.

What defines our place in Him is knowing we are accepted. That is why we live our entire life in response to Him.

All That We Are When We Leave This Life

By Kathy Mote

All that we are when we leave this life is what we have become as we walked with Him. Our place in His heart is established in our heart, and we know this by knowing Him.

Every one who sees Him knows He is the God who created them. As they see Him they know their own works are not how they came to be changed.

When our opinion is gleaned solely from reading about Him it is not the same as knowing Him, hearing Him and knowing His heart and His thoughts of us. There is no substitute for knowing Him face to face, for knowing Him changes our heart.

We have placed far too much emphasis on our response, not realizing the depth and beauty of His love for us that compelled Him to call us to Him. I hear the Lord say, “Let the miracles begin.” He will fulfill His Word by His presence.

His Ways Are Above Our Ways

By Kathy Mote

His ways are above our ways; His love is beyond all we can understand. The Lord is releasing the knowledge of Himself. This will change how we think of Him and how we see ourselves. Knowing His great love for us is realizing His intention to bring us to Him. But as we measure ourselves without knowing Him, our thoughts of Him underestimate Him.

We think that accepting Him is all up to us, but we do more than say a prayer, we open our heart to let Him in. Why we are able to do this is He invited us as His Spirit moved in our heart. As we open our heart, that is our answer to His invitation to come. He invited you. You did not invite Him. He knocked on your heart. You answered yes and let Him in.

There Are Things We Believe

By Kathy Mote

There are things we believe about God that are just not so, and there are things we do not know of Him that are true whether we believe them or not. Just because we believe a thing does not make it so. His mercy is just too great for us to 'know'. His love for us is just too deep for our heart to hold.

The whole Truth is in Jesus because He is the whole Truth of God! We will know Him face to face, and then He will be all we know! That is when we will be filled with the Truth and nothing else! No fear, no doubt, no lie, no lack.

Yesterday, my brother died. He had scorned God all his life. As He lay on his deathbed, the Lord spoke to me, saying, He shall live and not die.

Within 24 hours it was obvious that my brother would indeed die. What the Lord meant was he would not reject Him to be cast away from His presence for an eternity, and Jesus was very happy about that.

That night, in the middle of the night, I found myself standing before my Father's throne. He said, “Now go tell them of My great mercy that is poured out.”

I said, “But, they don't listen to me!” The Lord said, “They will listen to My voice as I speak to their heart. That is the great mercy that is being poured out.”

So this is the story behind my brother's death. Our Father gathered him into His presence that he might live. The one who scorned God all his life was saved in the eleventh hour of his life.

And this is how I know this for a fact. What the Lord said to me in the middle of the night He also said to my niece, who hears His voice as well. As we spoke of what the Lord had shown us both, we realized we had each been told the same thing, that as my brother pleaded for his life, the Lord offered him His. Within hours, he left this Earth to be with Him.

After a life of scorning God to His face, my brother is now resting in His arms. Oh, God's immeasurable grace! In a vision I saw him standing before the King, and like the roar of a mighty Lion, God's voice shook his entire being. The angel of the Lord, who had brought my brother to stand before Him as he lay on his deathbed said, “Can you hear Him now?” My brother shook his head yes, and wept that he was received.

So I am to share, the great mercy of God that is being poured out is that we will each hear His voice in our own heart. His mercy has no bounds. It is too great to recount. It overcomes in an instant all that keeps us from Him.

He said what keeps us from hearing His voice is not knowing Him. He will remedy that as He gathers us to Him, and each one of us will know Him by Him speaking to us Himself.
