The Heart of Ishmael

By Kathy Mote

The heart of Ishmael revealed is that they are filled with resentment, for not being of the promise, they threaten to dominate in order to steal the promise. They desire to prove they are prominent.

The heart of Jezebel revealed is that she feels she has the right by her own power to exercise her will over the planet. She will control those who hear God's voice to do this, happy just to interrupt Him.

The heart of Leviathan is yet to be discovered. He has the ability to punish by his presence according to his own judgment. He hasn't been unleashed yet, but like a dog, he will devour all those he can when the Light leaves. He is merciless, and vicious.

These all seek to govern. But the heart that belongs to the Lord is above them, for by His presence in them He raises them out of darkness. He alone is Who governs them as the Life in Him dwells in them. This proves His great love for them, that He sets them far above all that would destroy them as they abide in Him.

These are the thoughts the Lord has revealed to me. More to come, I am sure, as they are revealed.

Listening to His Voice

By Kathy Mote

Listening to His voice like a child is the least childish thing your child-like heart can manage. You will find that all the battles you might have been embroiled in are far behind you as you remain in His presence.

A Matter Is Not Settled

By Kathy Mote

A matter is not settled by knowing what is in our heart, our heart is settled by knowing what is in His.

Your Time

By Kathy Mote

Your time would be much better spent listening to Him than speaking to Him. You already know what's in your heart. Better to know what's in His.

The Lord Said

By Kathy Mote

The Lord said, “The hour of your greatest need is the hour of your triumph.” That is when you turn to Him. His love for you will win your heart and save the day. The heart of a child is the greatest warrior. His love for you will be your victory on the field of battle.

Ever Wonder

By Kathy Mote

Ever wonder why the devil always makes such horribly unkind remarks? Each one is like a poisoned barb because each one is a lie. He just can't seem to help himself, he is so vile. Because of rebellion, he is the opposite of God's love. It is his function in the Kingdom of God to accuse us because the exact opposite is true.

He leads all of God's creation to seek and worship the Lord, just like he was created to. This is how God makes your enemy to serve you. For some, this might be hard to hear.
