In A Vision

In a vision I see myself standing in a place I have been many times, right in the middle of Disneyland. We used to take our children
there. They have little 'cities' inside the park. As I stood on main street in the vision, I spoke what the Lord said and as I spoke, the fireworks went off.
It was night, a very dark night, and as I turned
to go, I smiled at the thought of His will coming to pass. I had spoken what He told me to say, but as I gloried in it, I stumbled into a hole in the sidewalk. He said as we are not seeing (focused on in complete surrender to) Him, we are walking in (operating
in) darkness (not 'knowing' Him).
I have often wondered at the deep and unknowable heart of God. He shows me only what He desires me to know, and the point is that I would trust Him. But what He reveals
is not all of Him there is to 'know', and we certainly do not understand all that He is doing with His creation, something we are the point of.
He said that the problem with the world we live in is not
that the evil in the world doesn't see Him, it's that WE don't see Him. It would not solve our problem for the evil in the world to go away or to get in line with Him. It would solve our problem if we could 'see' (know enough to trust) Him.
Our problem is we are not walking fully in the Lord's presence, so we are not 'seeing' what He is doing in us. We are focused on the world around us. As you have probably guessed, I am about to say something that you don't want to hear. Hang in
there, there is powerful change coming to us. He does not measure us by a prayer we prayed in '82, He measures our trust in His presence in us.
As we stand and discover what true surrender is, we will
see what true faith and trust is also. It is Him living and breathing in us and interacting with us. Living in a perfect world is not going to perfect our hearts, surrendering our heart to Him perfectly in an evil world will. For us to overcome is the point
of evil.
The Lord said, You are the opposite to Me of those who flee. He said this because we will not run from His will, even when He does not reveal it until we accept it. That's the point of what He
is doing in us, that we might trust in Him, not trust in what He is doing in the world around us.
He gives us peace in the world that is filled with opposites because as we remain in Him, trusting in His
presence, He is raising us. He will be seen by those who completely surrender their heart to Him. Those who aren't seeing Him stumble in darkness.

Keep Asking The Lord

I keep asking the Lord to help me 'get it right'. He said there is no perfect understanding until
He comes again. When we see Him face-to-face we will understand. His Word, which is Christ Jesus accomplishing His will in us by His presence, His promise and the Life He gives by His Spirit, it's all Him. We are brought to Life by His presence in us and that
is how we are made whole, corrected, and measured. He is Life and He is Truth, and we are at a loss as to how to describe Him. He is the Living God and the scriptures are a record of His promise. He is the one who fulfills them in us by His presence.

The
Lord Does Not Move

The Lord does not move by carnal means. He moves by His Spirit. He
always has. When He expresses His desire, His Spirit moves, giving His desire shape and form, bringing it to pass.
His Sword is the power of the Holy Spirit. That is how He brings His will to pass. That
is how He heals us, corrects us and makes us whole, and thus has it ever been. He did not put His Sword (His power) in your hands. He rules. He is Lord. The Sword is His and it obeys His will.
When you
hear Him speak and you receive what He said, His Word is established in your heart and His Spirit will bring His desire to pass. You receive what He said as you trust in Him. You obey by your surrender to Him, and by His Spirit you become as He said. Only
He can bring about His desire. Only one who is in His presence can know that.
