Gold Mine and the Train Cars Vision Encounter
By Susan O’Marra
In the Vision encounter, I saw
the church riding in small mining cars all attached together going through a long deep mine shaft tunnel. Each saint was sitting in their own car. We were all riding towards the destination we were going to and ahead of us the tracks began to slope downwards.
I realized that we were going to go down a long hill so I tightened my grip on the sides of the car I was riding in. Patrick was riding in the front car, I was in the second car, and there were many others riding all seated behind us in their cars. We all
moved down the hill when I noticed that the tracks seemed to end ahead of us and it looked like a big huge wall of earth was ahead where the mineshaft ended.
Just then everyone else in their cars noticed
it too and they all began screaming, “It’s the end! It’s the end! Abandon ship! Bail out!” I watched as many jumped out of their cars and ran screaming back to the direction of where we came from. I decided to stay in the car. I looked
back again and I saw there were a few that had stayed riding in their cars too. I knew that we could not steer our cars or brake so I abandoned my fate to God since He put us in the cars anyways.
was God’s Mine. We approached the end and we passed right through it like a breath of wind! It was like false hologram or a false perception and I suddenly realized it was a veil of UNBELIEF! We had stayed in the car and trusted God even when we couldn’t
see the outcome, and we were all safe in His purposes!
As we passed through the veil of unbelief, we began to climb up a long slope. The mine shaft was all solid rock and I noticed that the walls of the
sides of the mineshaft were etched with the faces of the Cloud of Witnesses. They were smiling at us as we rode by them. Then I saw one face wink, and I realized these were living faces! Of course! My heart began to soar with anticipation of where our journey
was headed! I looked ahead and the climb continued for a short time. I could see brilliant light ahead.
Soon we got to the top and the tracks leveled off and opened up into a vast cavern. The cavern walls
had thin veins or rivulets of ore embedded in the walls. Gold. Silver. Sapphire. Emerald. Ruby. Amber. It was so beautiful! Brilliant light just poured out through the veins and it filled the cavern with glorious radiating colors! Then I realized that we had
come into the beginning of the fullness of the riches of the Knowledge of Him! The awe of God filled that place! The vision ended.
This encounter is a parable of the times we have now entered into. God
is MINING our minds to get to our HEARTS. Many are now abandoning their hope, their faith and their courage by trying to see the journey through their own eyes and perspectives and not through their faith in God. God knows what He is doing! It’s not
the end! Don’t let fear and unbelief knock you out of obtaining the promises of God. We can’t control God and make things turn out the way we want them to or think things should happen. God is going to be God, His way!
Stay in His Rest and stay in your car! It’s going to take blind trust, deep faith, and great courage to press into what we don’t understand and to remain trusting in His guidance and wisdom so that we can all arrive at the spiritual
destination He has for us to arrive at.
Ephesians 3:18 That you may have the power and be strong to apprehend and grasp with all the saints [God’s devoted people, the experience of that love] what
is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; 19 [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all
your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! 20 Now to Him Who, by (in consequence of) the [action of His] power that is at work within us, is
able to [carry out His purpose and] do superabundantly, far over and above all that we [dare] ask or think [infinitely beyond our highest prayers, desires, thoughts, hopes, or dreams]—
