The Lord Is Changing

The Lord is changing my perspective and how I see Him. The perspective I once had is being replaced with how He sees things. Once
I knew that we changed the environment we are in as we walk with Him. Now I am seeing Him change the environment as He moves in it. He is not gentle with the world as He dismantles the strongholds in it.
He
is moving in a way that is unprecedented. He is moving very quickly and powerfully to bring about what was written of Him. He spoke to the prophets and they bore witness of what He said, but all of humanity has waited for those things to come to pass.
Today we are beginning to see them come to pass, and boy what a sobering shock it is. To be told that He will shake all things that can be shaken is entirely different than being present as He shakes them! Hearing
and seeing are two entirely different things!
I understand now that changing our perspective to see Him instead of what He is shaking is what keeps us from being shaken our self. He changed our perspective
that we would stand with Him, unshaken as He shakes the world. Even amidst great shaking, He is gentle with us, and as we stand with Him amidst great shaking we can count on His faithfulness.

Today the Lord Taught Me

Today the Lord taught me something about intercession. I didn't enjoy it. He gave me a message that burns in my heart, but I struggle
to release it. It doesn't matter much. People don't receive it because they don't think they need it.
Most assume that because they are filled with the Holy Spirit, that is the end all of being, but they
don't yet know the difference. That Spirit is the breath and wind of God, given as a promise of what He will do in us as it leads us to Him.
There is a very big difference between hearing the Holy Spirit
as He leads you to Christ and being brought into the Lord's presence to hear what He says to you. And there is a difference between Jesus' voice and our Father's voice. When HE speaks, you cannot help but listen.
The point I am making is unless you are totally seeking Him, you are shutting Him down. Unless you are responding to Him, you are talking AT Him. Unless you hear Him, all you have is your own thinking. But it is impossible to say any of these things
without complete surrender in your own heart to obey Him yourself, or it is not HIM speaking through you and you are striving.
He undeniably changed my heart in one moment. He spoke to me in Portuguese,
which is not my native language. He said, Calm your heart. Slow down a bit. It will be alright. I will take care of it.
Why Portuguese? He said, You are speaking a different language than most know of.
When He spoke to me in a different language, I almost breezed right past it. I had to stop and seek Him to understand Him.
Then He showed me Himself as He hung on the cross, being spit upon by people who
didn't realize He was interceding for them. They didn't even know their need of Him.
Only He can bring us into God's presence to fulfill God's promise to us. That promise is that we would be filled with
all the fullness of God through Christ Jesus. The Holy Spirit was given to us to lead us to Him and is likened to a promise ring in a relationship where you are intended. Being filled with the Holy Spirit is not the end of the promise, it is the beginning.
Be blessed as you open your heart to Him.

What You Are Able To Perceive

What you are able to perceive as you read the Bible is not at all the same as being in His presence. You know Him by being in His
presence. You know how He operates by hearing Him.
What we can imagine in our mind as we read the Bible isn't at all what He is like in real life. What we read is one dimensional and is not living interaction
with Him as He is present to speak to you.
Hearing His voice will heal your heart. As you hear Him and respond to Him, He will change your thinking. We weren't meant to walk by our thinking of what is
written of Him, we were meant to know Him, hear Him and walk with Him. That's actually our definition of salvation. Right now someone needs to hear this to be set free of what binds them and holds them back. He is our very personal Deliverer.
He said gathering us into His arms to know Him as our Father is His definition of saving us...we are 'saved' from the darkness of being without Him.

Angels

Angels were created to carry out the Lord's will. He created them to look out for us and to help us. They are quick and they are powerful.
We do not command them, HE does, and they obey Him. He has a very well thought out plan, right down to the detail. He has purpose in all that He is doing with His creation and we must find and live in our place in Him. This is to know His love and provision
for us.
The angels God created guard us from the fallen ones as we obey Him. They protect us against many evils we don't even know about. We were not created for warfare, they were, and they are equipped
for it. The child of God who orders the devil around hasn't bowed and hasn't found their place in His presence. Not realizing His authority over them, they don't respect Him.
We were created to commune
with Him, and in this life we learn to trust Him and walk with Him. We are filled with His desire as we are brought into His presence to know Him. That is our place and position, and that is His desire for us. We are sons and daughters. In His powerful presence
we know He rules all.
As for the devil and his minions, they resist us and press us to indulge in the ways of being fallen. We resist them by remaining in the Lord's presence. His Lordship over us is our
greatest protection. In the Lord's presence, there is no warfare. He is the Light, He is Lord of our heart, and He has overcome darkness by delivering us from it.

Understanding Evil

Understanding evil doesn't equip you to overcome evil, standing in the Light does. This is not the day to indulge in carnal thinking and observation. We are not in trouble, we are in the day
evil is troubled! As the Lord shakes the world, we will not be shaken!
In every relationship, in every encounter, in every moment, we stand in the presence of the Lord. We look to the Lord. We depend on
the Lord and our hearts are secure in Him. Our hearts are secured by Him and our eyes are upon Him. In the day of trouble we are not troubled!
This is why it was said that thousands and tens of thousands
will fall on either side of us in battle, but we will remain as we keep our eyes on Him. The reason is where our heart is, there our whole life goes also. We are called to the Lord's presence and there is peace in Him.
