The Angels Never Bowed

The angels never bowed before Him the whole time I was up there. They waited on Him. They rushed to do His bidding. They are fast and they are powerful. They never
argued or questioned Him.
It says a lot about the nature of God that, to Him, worship is respecting His authority so He can protect and provide for you. He taught me that authority is the right to protect
and provide. In His presence is the only place we can do this. To see the Truth of God's heart, we need to accept Christ's right to protect and provide. To truly worship Him, we need to know how deep His love is.

The Lord Is Teaching Me

The Lord is teaching me there is an aggressive side to surrender. Until now, I had thought of surrender as being completely passive
in nature. Surrender is to accept what He says to you. That is His will, and you obey it. You hold to what He says to you and you do not turn aside from it. It is to stand because He called you, even though you are still 'under construction'.
Surrender is to be His workmanship as you stand in His presence. This is to take Him seriously and not forget your place in Him or what He planned for you. This is not holding Him to His word, this is His Word holding
you to Him. This is His faithfulness you are accepting, and His Word you are clinging to. He said that surrender and trust are obeying Him, and together they are worship.

I Have Surrendered

I have surrendered who I am to the Lord far too long to worry about what anyone thinks of who I am. They just don't know. They've
never known. As my life is poured out and given to Him, I have found that surrender is how you become all He desires you to become.

Lately I Am Shocked

Lately I am shocked by the hatred I hear from the world. It's like the
whole world is a smelting pot, heated to high heat, and the Lord is refining every heart in it. You can hear the sizzle. You can feel the tension in the air. Those who are not filled with love are nearly possessed by the hatred they feel.
So I wrote a post about how God's love works in us by His presence and it was a bomb. No one seems to be interested in hearing that. So now I will share what I think about what is going on based on what He showed me. This is not my opinion, it is
a fair assessment of current events.
I know that what we see happening now is making way for something else. Like Haman's gallows, the enemy himself will be so thoroughly thwarted, he will be embarrassed
by the turn of events. This is nothing new to him, frustration has always been the reason for his angst. he is NOT the Christ. Jesus is.
So when I look at the world, I take a step back and I realize this
is all God's deal and He will deal with it. He said He will finish what He started and I have no doubt about all that He said. But He is not following the devil around with the intent to clean up his mess, all that we see is bringing about His return and there
is great purpose in it. I rarely look at the world anymore, I keep my eyes on Him. I will not trust anything He does not tell me. What He tells me is to trust Him. That is actually the point of what He is doing in everyone else.
