Those Chains are Falling

By Dana Jarvis

Set Free

The donkey could not carry the Master if he had remained tied up.

Lazarus could not have walked if he was not liberated from his grave clothes. The adulterous woman could not go in peace if she had been stoned to death.

Come out from the incarceration in your mind. Jesus holds for you liberation and release!

Hagar; a woman battered and bruised by a confused mind. Here she is wearied, worn and sad. Her life was a mess but her name was a blessing.

Hagar meant, (EL Roi) God who sees.

Hallelujah He sees you right where you are!

God hears you when nobody else does.

There’s a well in your wilderness.

There is life blowing through that valley of dry bones!

There is a blooming taking place in your desert.

El Roi, he sees you and has come to set you free!

Fear can go to hell

Shame can go there too

I know whose I am

God, I belong to You

The Road

Have you ever driven down a rough road, a dirt road?

It was one of those roads that was bumpy and trying to miss all the potholes.

Maybe it was wet and muddy and you slid all over the road.

Maybe it was a road that was slick, icy and you hung on to the steering wheel with all your strength.

Perhaps it was dark and your eyes would not leave the road because it was so hard to see.

It was probably hard to believe that just in a little while all this would be behind you, you feel like you had been on that road what felt like forever.

It will not always be a freshly paved highway There will be some bumps along the way, some slippery spots; but he did tell us we can have joy even if for a little while there might be sorrow.

“Our hearts ache, but we always have joy. We are poor, but we give spiritual riches to others. We own nothing, and yet we have everything.”

The ride may not always be joyful, but with the King of Kings the road will be joyous!

Not a joy ride, but a joy road!

I want to illustrate a conversation with the enemy to make this point. We all been there…

The devil; Wraps chains around the chained.

Devil: ”I’ve got it I’ve stolen your JOY.”

Chained person: “I’m miserable.“

The devil: “I’ve got your passion.”

The Chained: “I don’t care anymore.”

The devil: “I’ve got your desire.”

The Chained: “I just want to quit.”

Oh but wait one minute because in this moment the chained realizes something. Something begins to happen!

They realize they do not have be bound by the enemy of their soul. That chained, bound person gets up and hear them shout, “I am a child of the Most High God covered by the blood and you devil cannot cross the bloodline!”

Those chains are falling!

LORD, you are the bondage breaker and the Great healer. Let the precious blood of Jesus purge every defilement away.

Father, visit every foundation right now and uproot the deep things holding your people bound.

Let every chain of infirmity break right now!

Every inherited chains, break in the name of Jesus.

Every chain of failure, let it break right now!

Every chain of addiction, let it break right now!

Every chain of guilt and shame, break right now!

Every chain of hurt, wounds and betrayal, let it break right now.

Every chain of unforgiveness, let it break right now!

Mighty Chain-breaker, Holy Father, break every chain in the Mighty Name of Jesus!

For those who have felt trapped in a doubting prison cell guarded by giant despair, take heart that the best of Christians have stayed there too.

“No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man.”1 Corinthians 10:13.

And for those who have never darkened its harrowing doors,

“Let anyone who thinks that he stands take heed lest he fall.” 1 Corinthians 10:12.

“Thus to lie in a stinking dungeon, when I may as well walk at liberty? I have a key in my bosom, called Promise, that will I am persuaded open any lock in Doubting-Castle.”

Quote by John Bunyan

Why sit here till you die? Get up for whom the Son sets free is free indeed!

Get unchained!

Red Sea

I believe the God that parted the Red Sea for the Israelites to cross over and the God who enlarged the coast of Jabez and changed his name will come through for you and speedily answer your prayers in the mighty Name of Jesus.

The adversary may be telling you that God’s withholding some things from you.

He tells you that God is withholding the answers to your prayers. And when you hear this ancient accusation, just go back to the cross, because the cross nails that accusation.

When you come to the cross, you see a God with nails in His hands, a nail in His feet and thorns on His brow, who stands on the nail, spreads His arms wide and says to you, “I give you all My Strength. I give you My Mind. I give you My Flesh. I give you My Soul. I give you My Heart.  I give you My last Breath. I give you My last drop of Blood. I give you My All!”

God withholds nothing from you. Even though it may be delayed does not mean denied!

And now you find the courage that dwells within you to stand, spread your arms, and say back to your Beloved, “I love You with all my heart, all my soul, all my mind, all my body, my time, my finances, my giftings and my strength.

I am Yours, and You are mine.

The Fire of God’s love is so empowering that no trial or storm in life can extinguish it.”

Don’t you dare throw in that towel cause you almost there!
