The Secret To Being Content
By Kathy Mote
The secret to being content in Him is to trust Him as you wait on Him. He is present to be Lord of our heart as we wait in Him. We
are all so quick to speak, but it is better to be intent on listening to Him. All of creation has been waiting for Him to finish what He started in them. Looking to Him and looking at Him is the key to being content in Him.
The Lord has been teaching me the art of being selfless. At first the very thought of it broke my heart, but He said, Trust Me and I will show you something. It is not giving up who you are, your face, your name, your rights and your identity. It
is trusting Him with who you are, and then seeing Him protect you as He has His way in every detail. In His will for our identity in Him we are immeasurably protected and provided for.
You will walk in
glory as He moves in your heart. He will move in every detail of your life. What you will see is His identity as He shows you who you are in Him. This is precious, and it is not taken or claimed or declared as something you want, it is given to you to be walked
in with Him. It is trust of the deepest sort and surrender is how it starts. It doesn't matter what goes on in the world around you. In fact, the world around you is irrelevant to your peace as you walk through the world with Him.
He once told me what He is doing in our heart is the point of all we see. I kept hoping for change in the world around me, not realizing the change would come in me. He will reveal His thoughts of who we are as He brings us into Him. Great change
is coming to us as we trust in Him. He will shake the Earth with His mighty works in us.
The Lord Said
By Kathy Mote
🥀 The Lord said, You will be as a rod of discipline among them. You be a living
rod of correction. My Word living in you will be the standard of My heart's desire for all of creation.
My Word is My will and My heart revealed and He will correct all those He calls to Him. His Word
shall be for a sign and a testimony to all who come to Him.
The only way to truly know scripture is by Him fulfilling it as He lives in you. He brings you to Life as He brings Life into you. His is a living
Word, and it is meant to be experienced as He changes you.
The Lord will teach what the scripture means by revealing His heart to us. That is His presence living, moving and breathing in us.
The Apostle Paul Was Obeying
By Kathy Mote
When the Apostle Paul was obeying the Lord, he was striped and beaten everywhere he went.
He did not accept that from the Lord. Scripture says he came to the Lord numerous times asking that he be released. He repeatedly asked to be delivered from that spirit, stating he was a new creature, that he had been forgiven.
It does not escape my attention that what he referred to was the same violence he had meted out before his conversion. God is a just God. He allowed Paul to be humbled to allow for his anointing and although he was
forgiven, in this manner God squared the books for him. He left this earth owing no man any thing.
The Lord said the level of intimacy the Apostle Paul was allowed to walk
in is nothing compared to what we will walk in just prior to His coming. What is being revealed in this time is a far deeper revelation of God's heart. His presence will reveal the meaning of scripture as He fulfills it in us.
The obedience His presence brings to our heart has no thought of self, only Him. As we surrender our heart, His heart is seen in us. His presence in us is His devotion to us as He creates His image in us.
He is going deeper and deeper into our heart to reveal His heart in us until nothing will be seen in us but His desires. We will forget our own thoughts and desires as we accept His thoughts
and desires, and that is how we will be changed, in His presence. The point of what He is doing in us is to bring all of His creation back to Him, filled with His perfect presence and made perfect.
I Am Going To Share Something
By Kathy Mote
I am going to share something the Lord has been showing me for quite a long time. It is the reality of walking with the living God
as opposed to reading about someone else's walk with Him and emulating that. This in no way discredits the Bible, it simply sees Him as Lord of the promise of Him that is in it.
do not pattern my life after the Apostle Paul's life or calling. That would be as silly as patterning my life after Moses's or Enoch's or Noah's. Their response to the Lord was their obedience to Him. My life and my walk with the Lord is my response to Him.
I come to Him as I am called, something He is Lord of.
The Lord's presence is the difference between relationship and religion. As a body, we seem to have forgotten that
we are called to Him, not to something practiced on our own. We don't pattern our life after another man's calling. That would not be our response to Him. We come to Him as He calls our heart to come, and we are called in the time of His return.
There is a difference between what God did in the time of Noah and what He is doing in our time. We are seeing a deep revelation of His heart as we leap into His arms. He does this in
preparation to bring us home. We are being prepared for His return in this time.
So we will see Him fulfill many scriptures we haven't understood. We will know the meaning of the promise of Life as it
is fulfilled in us by Him.
Understandably, this will shake the religious and wake them up. They have grown complacent who think that nothing will ever change.
