When You Cannot Hear God’s Voice

By Kathy Mote

When you cannot hear God's voice, where did He go? He never leaves you. He never takes His eyes away from you. You would be so blessed to know how precious you are to Him. His heart is all about you. He is raising you to walk with Him in communion of the heart. In those moments you do not hear Him, quiet your mind, and turn your heart to Him.

You are calling Him Lord as you give Him your heart. In those moments when you cannot hear Him, let standing before Him to hear Him be where you are. Making the choice to call Him Lord in your heart will get your thoughts in line.

The Lord Has Separated Us

By Kathy Mote

The Lord has separated us. His presence sets us apart. As I realized that I stand alone in so many ways, He told me to stop being insulted by it. He said, I did this Myself.

He said we are set apart by His presence. That is His purpose in us, and although it humbles us to come to Him alone, it is not meant to hurt. It will no longer be seen as rejection now that we know it is Him.

He is like a wall of water around us, and it is His presence that humbles our heart. That is what sets us apart as He calls us to Him. His purpose is to keep our heart close to His heart.

The Lord Said

The Lord said, “I will come in like a flood.”

Our Father

Our Father said being 'one with Him' is being part of Him.

One With Him

One with Him is what He is creating us to be.

He Isn’t Making You A Better Human Being

By Kathy Mote

He isn't making you a better human being, He is making you a Spiritual being, one that walks by His Spirit, not by your flesh.

Ok, This Might Sound Crazy

By Kathy Mote

Ok, this might sound crazy, but only the carnally minded will think so. The Lord said that our flesh is not how we live our life, His Spirit is. Our flesh is not the paydirt He is raising, our heart is. That is what comes to Him.

We are so often distracted by our physical needs, especially our need of strength and healing. But He holds us in the palm of His hand, and it is His will that we surrender those very things to Him as we trust Him!

In my life, I can attest to this. Every infirmity is surrendered to Him as I give Him my life and trust Him with it. Something miraculous happens in this humbling exchange of His heart for mine. My desires and priorities become His as I accept them from Him. As I give Him my life, my heart and my desires, I accept His desire for me. You would be surprised to know what that is!

He, not my need, becomes the focus of my heart, and my infirmities fall by the wayside as I trust Him. This is what it's like to be loved and cared for by Him. The things that remain are allowed to humble my heart deeply and they serve to bring me closer to Him.

He is teaching us to be as He is as we walk with Him. Teaching us to walk in the desires of His heart is what He is doing. Once we see our infirmities and our life in this way, we will trust Him with them with a grateful heart, which is far wiser than what we have been doing! We have been focused on what we can see and feel because we cannot see His purpose in them!

Hopefully this will stop those who are dealing with an infirmity from quoting healing scriptures at Him in an effort to get Him to heal them. This is not what healing means to Him, and doing this is not trusting Him. You can only receive what He is giving, and Beloved, what He is giving you is HIM!

So if you are thinking to argue with this message by bringing up the ten lepers who were physically healed, let me remind you, there was only one who turned to remain with Him. It is your heart He is healing and as you remain with Him, you will have all that you need from Him as you trust Him.

this is so beautiful and such a testimony to the Lord's healing power and sanctification through our suffering. Much of my walk with Christ is similar to yours.
