If God is for me . . . who can be against me?

Keeping Our Eyes On Him

By Kathy Mote

Keeping our eyes on Him is how we walk with Him.

The Point

By Kathy Mote

The point of being created is to come to Him.

The Surrendered Heart

By Kathy Mote

The surrendered heart has received His heart.

The Lord Said

By Kathy Mote

The Lord said, “The world is a sideshow. Don't watch it.”

Do We Not See

By Kathy Mote

Do we not see that the point of all things is to come into Him.

Unity isn't agreeing with each other, it's agreeing with Him.

No One Has The Ability

By Kathy Mote

No one has the ability to speak into our heart except the Lord. No one else has the power to breathe Life into our heart, and nothing will pierce our heart like His sword. We can feel emotion for one another, a sense of duty, or affection, or any number of emotions we experience in our heart. But love comes from God, and He teaches us to respond to Him as we are made aware of Him.

As I realized only He can convince our heart of His presence and His will, and only He can make us hear His voice, I said, Lord, you can make us as you want. You can make us as you please. He answered me and said, Yes, but it wouldn't count. I want your heart given to Me willingly. I want your trust and I want your consent.

So I will share one thing that I am aware of, knowing it is He who will speak to your heart. He is refining the heart of every one in the world. He is exposing and drawing them out. He is drawing to Him those who will hear, and burning down those who won't. In the end, all who are called will come, for as they are embraced they will respond. Those in Him will be a Light in this world, but hearing Him is the only way people will respond to Him.

The Only Truth

By Kathy Mote

The only Truth relevant to your heart is what the Lord is doing in your heart. His presence in you gives you Life. If everyone lived in their surrendered heart, there would be no suffering left.

The Lord Leaned In Close

By Kathy Mote

The Lord leaned in close and I could see the delight in His eyes. In a voice that barely contained His joy, He said, I will heal you. You can be sure of all that I promised.

Do We Know

By Kathy Mote

Do we know what 'Spirit' looks like? After we are taken up, after we leave our flesh and this life behind, do we know what we will look like? Of course not. Being in our flesh, we only know our flesh. We relate all we can imagine to what we know, which is being in our flesh. When He comes again this will not be the case.

It’s Hard To Rejoice

By Kathy Mote

It's hard to rejoice when what we see breaks our heart. We don't know His purpose in all that is going on and that is what breaks our heart. If we expect Him to limit His finished creation to what we can understand, we are stuck right where we are. It would never be finished if He gave us our desire.

If we are only willing to accept what will fit in our heart, we reject His purpose in all He has done since Let there be Light. Not knowing His heart, we don't know His purpose, and that is why we are heart broken and don't understand this life.

He said everything is bringing about His will and we are to rejoice in that. His finished desire is something we haven't seen yet and cannot imagine. In the midst of all that is going on in the world, that alone should bring us before Him on our knees with our heart intent on looking only at Him, receiving only Him, hearing only Him. That is how we will be saved, filled and raised.

What He is doing to bring His creation to its completed, finished end is beyond what we can imagine, yet it is simpler than what you'd expect. He is creating His Bride and He will raise her and fill her with all the fullness of what is in Him. Then He will bring her, complete and made whole, back to Him. We will be resplendent, His glory in us beyond what words can describe.

That is why we are told to rejoice, even in the moments we can't understand. All He is doing brings about His will, and there will be a glorious end. All that God is doing is hidden in Christ. He is the Beginning and the End, and God's purpose and promise are hidden in Him. That is why our hope is in Him as we look for Him.
