If God is for me . . . who can be against me?

It's a new day . . .

"It's a New Day! Will You Walk in His Power?"

By Elaine Tavolacci

Everything Has Been Created for His Glory

On a recent morning, I was reading about how technology has revolutionized our world and our daily lives. It's amazing how we can watch live stream videos from around the world, talk with family and friends on FaceTime and Zoom calls, or watch a live cam of wild animals in another country. We can make purchases online for everything from clothes to groceries, and we can even have pizza delivered to our door in minutes.

There is a barcode called a "QR code" which is abbreviated for "Quick Response" code. We could scan this QR code from our smartphone cameras or other devices and it will instantly bring you to a website. We also have facial recognition and other biometric securities which identify or confirm an individual's identity using their face, eyes or finger prints.

As I read articles about this high tech society, the Lord was reminding me that everything has been created for His glory. Everything is falling into place for His end time plan that was prophesied in the books of Daniel and Revelation.

The Body of Christ has to catch up with Him and acknowledge His end time plan for His Kingdom purposes and end time harvest. We have to realize who He has called us to be. Out of all the people in the world, the vast majority have no clue that they could have a personal relationship with Jesus the Living God and be used by Him. The Lord wants to raise up an end time army who will carry His message and His anointing to the ends of the earth, but most of us are not walking in all that Jesus has called us to do.

"For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God." (Romans 8:19)

Reasons Why Some Are Not Moving Forward

The Lord is showing me several reasons why some in the Body of Christ are not moving forward with their walk with the Lord and their calling:

• Some are battle weary and have given up fighting due to intense warfare.

• Some have received prophetic words that have not come to pass and they no longer trust Jesus.

• Others are just not receiving the correct teaching but are listening to man-made religious doctrine. They don't understand spiritual things because they are reasoning with their natural minds.

We can't deny that we are living in a time of intense warfare, but those who are listening to the Holy Spirit know that the Lord is about to send a mighty revival.

"And my speech and my preaching were not with persuasive words of human wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power, that your faith should not be in the wisdom of men but in the power of God." (1 Corinthians 2:4-5)

A Season of Renovation

I was listening to Corey Russell recently and he said, "God is shaking the houses we built to the core and raising up new houses. We are in a season of renovation and sometimes you have to bring it down to the studs. What you did in the last season will not make it into the new season because it is outdated." You can't have something from the 80s and bring it into 2021. We can't do things the same way as we did in the past.

The Lord is looking for those who tremble at His Word. Some of us are ignoring the conviction of the Lord that we once took so seriously. Some hearts are calloused. Some no longer hear with their ears, or see with their eyes. They may have a form of godliness but deny its power. The Lord wants to renovate their lives so that He could use them to demonstrate His power in these end times. We need to realize that He has equipped us with everything that we need and empowered us to carry out what He has called us to do.

"Someone living on an entirely human level rejects the revelations of God's Spirit, for they make no sense to him. He can't understand the revelations of the Spirit because they are only discovered by the illumination of the Spirit." (1 Corinthians 2:14 TPT)

It's a New Day! He Is Looking for a Remnant Who Will Walk in His Power

This is a new day. This is the day to release His power on this earth. He is looking for those who will walk in the dominion and authority that He's given them. He wants to demonstrate His Kingdom on this earth through us. We are the generation who will walk in His power on this earth. He is looking for those who will ask of Him and He will give us the nations as our inheritance. He is looking for those who will empty themselves of anything that would defile them so that they can release His light into this dark world. He is looking for a remnant who call on Him and say, "Lord, lift us up where we belong."

"For the Kingdom of God is not in word but in power." (1 Corinthians 4:20)
