The Lord Showed Me
The Lord showed me something that I would like to share. A subtle shift in my perspective. I guess I thought of it as Him doing me a favor, that in healing me
He was fixing a mess, and bringing me to Him was a gift. I didn't realize this until He revealed His heart to me.
What He is doing is for Him, and it delights Him. We are for Him. All of us. He is creating
us to gather to Him all those who love Him, and He is making us perfect. He has worked out every detail.
All of creation is for Him, and it is His desire to finish it. It will be perfect. He is breathing
His thoughts into us, making us beautiful, then He will gather us close and enjoy us. He will embrace those He has filled with His loving expression. He delights in the very thought of this.
What Are Our Enemies
By Kathy Mote
What are our enemies, but death, hell and the grave. Our enemies are what would take us out of His presence and away from Him and
rob us of all that He is and all that is in Him. He has conquered all that is in us that would rise against Him not knowing Him, and all that we were without Him is vanquished by Him.
About The Process We Are
By Kathy Mote
About the process we are in...
Only after the Lord humbles our heart does He show us that
we are not flawed, the rest of the world is. We are as He is making us. What we will be only He can reveal.
We can't imagine the glory of what He is doing in us, but He has been teaching our heart to desire
Him more than life itself.
The obedience that He is asking of us is that we become His finished work. It isn't something we do, it is what we are by His presence in us. He is revealing who we are even
as He is entering us. We are being established in our love relationship with Him in this life.
There's a reason why He doesn't tell us this in the years that He humbles our heart. If we knew we were being
created from the start, we wouldn't be as emotionally involved as we surrendered our heart. If we didn't need to hear His voice to be whole inside, we wouldn't be so devoted to knowing His heart. Our humility is a gift, but it is His presence in us that gives
I See The Lord Stand Before Me
By Kathy Mote
I see the Lord stand before me. It's as if He is far away. He raises His arms to the vast universe and speaks in a loud voice saying,
Where are your enemies now? Where are those who sought to destroy you and take you from Me?
Where are those who denied My work as I raised you into My arms? Where are they? Where are your enemies now?
I looked at the vast universe with all that was in it, and I knew He spoke into the ages before and the ages to come. There is no one to oppose Him, and no one to deny His presence in us. Where are those who would
stand against Him? They are not before our eyes.
