Many of Us Have Been Experiencing
A Tremendous Amount of Spiritual Warfare
Many of us have been experiencing a tremendous amount of spiritual warfare. This is an attack on destiny! Individual destiny and the destiny of what we the
church are coming into! We have got to defeat the enemy's onslaught by decreeing and declaring the word of God, worship and praying in the spirit!
Is Our Refuge And Strength
By Margie Fleurant
‘1 God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. 2 Therefore we will not fear, though the earth
give way and the mountains fall into the heart of the sea, 3 though its waters roar and foam and the mountains quake with their surging. 4 There is a river whose streams make glad the city of God, the holy place where the Most High dwells. 5 God is within
her, she will not fall; God will help her at break of day. 6 Nations are in uproar, kingdoms fall; he lifts his voice, the earth melts.
7 The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.
8 Come and see what the LORD has done, the desolations he has brought on the earth. 9 He makes wars cease to the ends of the earth. He breaks the bow and shatters the spear; he burns the shields with fire. 10 He says, “Be still, and know that I am God;
I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” 11 The LORD Almighty is with us; the God of Jacob is our fortress.’ Psalms 46:1-11. #promise #godisfaithful #trust #security #loveofgod #thankful
In March of 1976 I Accepted Christ As My Savior
By Margie Fleurant
of 1976 I accepted Christ as my Savior. Six months later I assumed the role of student at what I considered to be one of the greatest bible schools in America. While in attendance there, I learned the principles of God through His written word and discovered
that I could stand on His promises every day of my life. Knowledge of this Word, mixed with faith, was the beginning of mountains removed in my life.
In retrospect, I suppose I always had a desire to know
God intimately as a Father, a brother, and a friend. I can remember as a small child how I would often sit on a tree stump in my parents’ backyard, look up into the breathtaking sky and talk to Him, eager to be familiar with the God who created me! I
see now how those moments were not just mere childhood episodes, but divine encounters.
Anyway, a few months after bible school, my desire for more of God increased immensely. Although I was filled with
the Holy Spirit and spoke with other tongues, I found myself feeling unsatisfied in my new relationship with Christ. I thought, “What could this be?” Psalms 63:1–2 became my heart’s cry unto the Father. In it the writer states: “Oh
God, thou art my God; early will I seek thee; my soul thirsteth for Thee, my flesh longeth for thee in a dry and thirsty land where no water is; to see thy power and thy glory, so as I have seen thee in the sanctuary.” God, by way of the Holy Spirit,
started to expand my prayer life and I eventually began to see the world through His eyes.
In my prayer closet, I was shown the needs of the people and how God longs to meet their needs. He showed me cities
and nations that were in need of revival, and strongholds that were over them. What I saw affected my heart! As I yielded myself to the Holy Spirit, I found myself crying out on behalf of these people, cities, and nations. I was in tears for the lost. At times,
the burden of the Lord moved so strongly in me that I had absolutely no words in articulate speech; only groaning in the spirit.
God spoke to me one day and told me that if I would totally yield to Him,
He would use me as an instrument to get His will accomplished here on earth, and that Jesus, the intercessor, would move sovereignly through me. He also said that intercessory prayer would be a major key to one of the mightiest revivals the earth will ever
see. There is a great need for this kind of praying in the Body of Christ; God said that He is searching for intercessors that will stand in the gap for people, ministries, cities and nations. I willingly said, “Here I am Lord, flow through me.”
My prayer for you is that you may know Him and become deeply and intimately acquainted with Him, that His heart would become your heart, and that you would see the world through His eyes. I pray that the eyes of your
understanding would be enlightened and that you would see more than you are seeing and hear more than you have heard. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.
