If God is for me . . . who can be against me?

When Someone Says Something

When someone says something you don't understand, show your Father who's child you are and take it up with Him.

The Suffering of Christ

The suffering of Christ is to give your life up. That's what we willingly enter into.

There Were Many Times In My Life

By Kathy Mote

There were many times in my life when the things God said to me put me at odds with man's opinion. People only understand what He is doing in them. Every time I honored God and what He said to me, and every time, God said, It's just you and me, Kid.

It was the same when God told Abraham to go into the wilderness. He had to leave his people and the security of his place among them to obey Him. People just didn't do that back then because it meant giving up safety, wealth and belonging.

Abraham heard and obeyed God, leaving his family and their beliefs behind. It is the same for us every time we hear and obey Him, choosing Him no matter what people think of us in the moment. God is having His way in us and that should encourage us, no matter how difficult our lessons of trust are.

There is no simple statement that covers all of what God is doing in all of His creation. But there is one statement that covers what He is doing in each heart. He is hard to describe even though what He is doing in us is simple. He is creating us by creating His heart in us and only as we accept Him do we receive it.

We don't understand what He is doing in all of His creation because that is not what He says to us as He calls us. He wants us to trust Him. He offers us a relationship with Him based on His love for us and our response to Him. That relationship becomes our union with Him. Receiving Him in a heart that honors His presence in us is how we commune with Him.

I’m Going To Share Something

By Kathy Mote

I'm going to share something that the Lord said to me knowing full well no one will truly understand it until He is finished filling all of creation. He said, There is no knowledge of Me that is perfect until I come again. The knowledge of Me is not made perfect in your flesh.

What this means to me is we will not fully know Him in us until He has fully filled us, and God's glory is what He will fill us with. We will leave here when He does this. This does not define our relationship, it refers to what we will be when He raises us. God's glory was never meant to be seen in our flesh. Our flesh cannot stand in it.

Do you remember when Moses asked to see God's glory, and God tucked him in the cleft of the rock (on the side of a mountain). There was thunder and lightning, fire and ice, the ground shook and the trees fell over as God passed by. No man has seen God's glory. Not literally. That's why God's will for us is by and through Christ.

By The Time You Decide

 By Kathy Mote

By the time you decide whether someone else is a false prophet or not you will find yourself standing before the Lord to hear Him yourself.

This is what the Lord said. You are about to have a different perspective than you have ever had.
