[Exhortations From The Father]

*       It is the Enemy's first and foremost desire to keep My people "bound" to sense knowledge and perception[the lower{temporal}realm] as their final authority. For if one is bound by a continual adherence to sense knowledge and perception their faith is in the things that are "seen" rather than in the things that are "not seen" - and, thus, their very words and actions bind them to the lower realm [through heart-attachment to the world and its ways], and in the exercising of a "natural" faith[a faith based on what they see and hear - outwardly] they forsake the true communion and fellowship that is the spontaneous fruit of an absolute faith and confidence [trust] in Me.

"sense knowledge" - that which is perceived by what one feels, hears, sees or thinks based on their outward circumstances; that which is perceived [and expressed] through the soul[mind, will, emotions]- apart from "revelation" [the Holy Spirit - Who is the Spirit of wisdom and revelation];

        ...."we consider and look not to the things that are seen [the lower reality - that which is real to the five physical senses] but to the things that are unseen [through faith in the higher Reality of God's Word]; for the things that are visible are temporal (brief and fleeting) [subject to change], but the things that are invisible are deathless and everlasting [Eternal]".... 2 Corinthians 4:18 The Amplified Translation

this is so beautiful and such a testimony to the Lord's healing power and sanctification through our suffering. Much of my walk with Christ is similar to yours.
