I posted this on my story the other day, but wanted it to stick around little longer...
Helen Howarth Lemmel experienced the same when she was struck by a disease that caused her to go blind as a result was abandoned by her husband. Yet amidst her situation, she turned to Jesus and wrote over 500 hymns of praise and worship! This beloved hymn came out in 1922. "Turn your eyes upon Jesus, look full in His wonderful face and the things of earth will grow strangely dim in the light of His glory and grace."

I needed to hear this today. Its been sooo very difficult for a long time honestly asked God if I was the toxic one and just didn't realize it so I could repent

this is so beautiful and such a testimony to the Lord's healing power and sanctification through our suffering. Much of my walk with Christ is similar to yours.
