[Exhortations From The Father]

*       One cannot redeem the time unless they are living and moving in [out of] their spirit [inner man]. For the true "redemption of time" is predicated upon constant contact and communication with My Spirit in one's spirit [inner man] which is the positioning wherein revelation can flow freely - the fruit of which is for one to live and move and have their being, in Christ.

...."For in Him [Christ - the Word of God] we live and move and have our being [entire existence]".... Acts 17:28a The Amplified Translation

...."See then that ye walk circumspectly, not as fools, but as wise, Redeeming the time, because the days are evil. Wherefore be ye not unwise, but understanding what the will of the Lord is".... Ephesians 5:15-17 KJV

I needed to hear this today. Its been sooo very difficult for a long time honestly asked God if I was the toxic one and just didn't realize it so I could repent

this is so beautiful and such a testimony to the Lord's healing power and sanctification through our suffering. Much of my walk with Christ is similar to yours.
