Whoever pursues righteousness and kindness will find life, righteousness, and honor. Proverbs 21:21

God wants you to smile at people who look like they are having a rough day, and He wants you to be kind to them. Kindness is the only investment that never fails. And wherever there is a human being and the presence of God, there’s an opportunity for love and kindness.

God wants you to give to others, even if it’s just a smile, not because you have too much, but because you understand there are so many others who feel like they have nothing at all. There are so many people out there who are sad and down because they have not experienced the presence of God in their life and what He can do for them. So today, smile at someone who seems down or sad, offer to share the word of God with them so that they will have a chance to see the light of God's salvation instead of only seeing the darkness of defeat.

LET'S PRAY: Dear Heavenly Father, I want to be kind, humble, polite, cheerful, grateful, and righteous. Lord, I want to please You in any way possible, and in every way. Lord, I know that You reward the kindness of every man. Lord, I ask you today to bless me with kindness, patience, gentleness, righteousness, and selflessness. Lord, help me make wise decisions, especially when my decisions directly or indirectly affect the lives of others. Lord, may I treat everybody with love, politeness, respect, tolerance, and kindness. May I never forget that all those who endeavor to be at peace with everybody have their prayers never hindered. Lord, renew my love for everybody, renew my patience in You, renew my delight for Your Word, and renew my willingness to share the light of your salvation. In the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen

Daily Guidance from God

And the God of all grace, who called you to his eternal glory in Christ, after you have suffered a little while, will himself restore you and make you strong, firm and steadfast. 1 Peter 5:10

God does not give you trials and tribulations to transform you into someone you're not. He wants to use the trials and tribulations to strengthen you, transform you, and allow you to grow and prosper into the person He made you to be. Everything He does for you will benefit your life according to His plan. God will never give you more than he knows you can handle. You must always remember that what might seem like something inadequate in the flesh, God is using it for good in your life. Our faith in God is revealed when we walk directly into the light of His salvation by faith, instead of trying to see in the darkness of defeat.

LET'S PRAY: Dear Heavenly Father,  I face several trials. Everything seems to be going wrong all at one time. I have a lot of pressure on me right now. I can't seem to meet all my responsibilities. Nevertheless, I rejoice because I know that even before I come to You in prayer, You know my every need, and You are simply waiting for me to acknowledge that You are God and You have the power to rectify all my situations. Lord, I acknowledge that You are God and there is nothing impossible for You to accomplish in my life. I know that I am much more precious than gold and silver. I know that though I am tried with fire, I will strength by praising, honoring, and glorifying Your Holy Name. Lord, today, I give You all the praise, honor, and glory. Come into my life and take absolute control over it. In the name of Your Son Jesus Christ, we pray, Amen

this is so beautiful and such a testimony to the Lord's healing power and sanctification through our suffering. Much of my walk with Christ is similar to yours.
