THE REVERENCE OF THE LORD IS THE BEGINNING OF WISDOM
Words of Prophecy:
*____There are many, who in the "maintaining" of their
"self-righteous" attitudes, have forsaken their true call for a "perverse" [hypocritical] faith and allegiance. Because of these things, their hearts have become "embalmed with darkness"
- and, thus, they are no longer able to "see" the reality of My plan for the Church and the establishment of My Kingdom [in the midst of all those who truly love Me] in this final
hour.
"perverse" - willfully determined or disposed to go counter to what is expected or desired; contrary; characterized
by or proceeding from such a determination or disposition; persistent or obstinate in what is wrong [unrighteous]; [Latin: "perversus" - facing the wrong way;]
...."Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you clean the outside of the cup and of the dish, but inside they are full of robbery and self-indulgence. You blind Pharisee, first clean
the inside of the cup and of the dish, so that the outside of it may become clean also. Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which on the outside appear beautiful, but inside they are full of dead men's bones and
all uncleanness. So you, too, outwardly appear righteous to men, but inwardly you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness".... Matthew 23:25-28 NASB
...."I
know your deeds, that you are neither cold nor hot; I wish that you were cold or hot. So because you are lukewarm, and neither hot nor cold, I will spit you out of My mouth. Because you say, 'I am rich, and have become wealthy, and have need of nothing', and
you do not know that you are wretched and miserable and poor and blind and naked, I advise you to buy from Me gold refined by fire so that you may become rich, and white garments so that you may clothe yourself, and that the shame of your nakedness will not
be revealed; and eye salve to anoint your eyes so that you may see".... Revelation 3:15-18 NASB

...."Therefore, my dearly beloved, shun [keep clear
away from, avoid by flight if need be] any sort of idolatry [of loving or venerating anything {or anyone} more than God]".... 1 Corinthians 10:14 The Amplified Translation
"shun" - to avoid something or someone completely [in this case, at all cost to oneself];
Prayer
of Proclamation:
____Father, we thank You and praise You that You have raised us up a people who continually set ourselves to shun [flee from] idolatry in any of its vile forms. And we declare this DONE [on an ongoing basis] to Your greatest Glory, in Jesus' Name. Amen.
