FIRE BY NIGHT
By Glenn H. Jackson
"Reflections Upon Reflections" [of The Father's Heart]
...."You, in Your great compassion, did not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them by day, to guide them on their way, or the pillar of fire
by night, to light for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19 NASB
ENEMY ATTEMPTS TO COMPEL AND INFLUENCE GOD'S CHILDREN BY "OUTWARD" CIRCUMSTANCES
Words of Prophecy:
*____It is the Enemy and his forces who attempt to compel [through pressure] and influence My children by "outward" circumstances. While,
for the most part, My influence [direction, guidance and sustaining Power] comes directly from the "inward" position of "heart to heart" [face
to face] with Me [Us] in the secret place of My Presence [the "inner chamber"].
____ ...."These are the ones who are beside the road where the word is sown; and when they hear, immediately Satan comes and takes away the word which has been
sown in them. "In a similar way these are the ones on whom seed was sown on the rocky places, who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with joy; and they have no firm root in themselves, but are only temporary; then, when affliction or persecution arises because
of the word, immediately they fall away. "And others are the ones on whom seed was sown among the thorns; these are the ones who have heard the word, but the worries of the world, and the deceitfulness
of riches, and the desires for other things [that are apart from God's Will] enter in and choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful".... Mark 4:15-19 NASB
...."the LORD used to speak to Moses face to face, just as a man speaks to his friend".... Exodus 33:11a NASB
...."He will revive us after two days; He will raise us up on the third day, that we may live before Him".... Hosea 6:2 NASB
____ If one finds themselves being "overwhelmed" by the lies of the Enemy then they must "immediately" begin to pursue "higher ground" through a certain "drawing"
near to the Father and His Word [Jesus] - and through a perfect obedience in even the most "seemingly" insignificant details of their life and ministry.
____...."But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ [by grace you have
been saved], and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus".... Ephesians 2:4-6 NASB
near to God and He will draw near to you".... James 4:8a NASB
Prayer of Proclamation:
"temporal" - pertaining to or concerned with the present life or this world; worldly; enduring for a time only; temporary; transitory - as opposed to eternal;
____Father, we thank You and praise You that You have made the perfect provision for us IN Christ to continually dwell "far above" the temporal schemes of the Enemy. And we declare this DONE [on an ongoing basis] to Your greatest Glory, in Jesus' Name. Amen.____
