[Exhortations From The Father]

*       Behold the Wisdom of silence.

"behold" - regard; gaze upon; discern;

"understanding" - to be thoroughly familiar with; enlightened intelligence; superior power of discernment;

"silent" - not inclined to speak [in this case, having not "unction" {of the Holy Spirit} to speak];

        ....."A man/woman of understanding keeps silent".... Proverbs 11:12 NASB

        ...."The high priest stood up and said to Him, 'Do You not answer? What is it that these men are testifying against You?' But Jesus kept silent".... Matthew 26:62-63a NASB

        ...."When there are many [excessive] words, transgression is unavoidable, but he who restrains his lips is wise".... Proverbs 10:19 NASB

        ...."Wisdom rests [silently] in the heart [spirit] of one who has understanding".... Proverbs 14:33 NASB

I needed to hear this today. Its been sooo very difficult for a long time honestly asked God if I was the toxic one and just didn't realize it so I could repent

this is so beautiful and such a testimony to the Lord's healing power and sanctification through our suffering. Much of my walk with Christ is similar to yours.
