Ever wondered what exactly is the yoke of Christ?
By Pieter Kirstein
Matthew 11:28 Come unto Me, all you that labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
29 Take My yoke upon you, and learn of Me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and you shall find rest unto your souls.
30 For My yoke is easy, and My burden is light.
The Holy Spirit reveals it in the following scripture - Luke 15:4 What man of you, having a hundred sheep, if he loses one of them, does not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after
that which is lost, until he finds it?
5 And
when he has found it, #he
lays it on his shoulders, rejoicing.
Jesus is the good Shepherd in this story and His yoke means that He is the One that carries His lambs safely to heaven and through all the days of their lives. So relinquish all
control to Christ and ask Him to carry you for as is written in Zechariah 4:6 Not by might, nor by power, but by My spirit, says the LORD of hosts.
YOU ARE AS STRONG A BELIEVER AS YOUR LEVEL
OF SURRENDER.
Jesus said to me "you are free to the degree that you allow My love to conquer you”
Throw yourself upon the majesty of the Lord Jesus Christ beloved and ask Him to make you a living sacrifice as you willingly surrender yourself entirely to God.
