- If one has a ground of "willful" fear in their life then, if they were to be placed in a position of authority they would, in their fear, set about to "control"
My people by soulish means. This is precisely why I am raising up a people who have been found faithful to rely and trust in Me for ALL things.
- And, so, as I promote them in this hour they will step into the positions of "delegated authority" I have ordained for them and they shall lead [serve] My people continually from a place of the revelation of
Grace - and the absolute Truth and Wisdom of My Word - that is "abiding" within their "spirit" [heart].
