"The Heavenly Door you are invited to open!"
By Deborah Waldron Fry
How often we all have seen the number 4 or 2 in multiples. Like 222 or 444. Do you know that the fourth letter of the Hebrew alphabet, or the number 4, is "DALET." Dalet means DOOR. The Holy Spirit spoke to me yesterday that when we see those
numbers, there is a door in front of you. Wow! "What Door?" you ask. A Door of Revelation. A Door of Intimacy with the Lord. The Door only you can open. He is inviting you to spend time with Him.
3: 20 says "Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in and dine with him, and he with Me." Isn't that amazing? Almighty God, your Father is just waiting for you to open the Door and spend time with
Him. How do you open it? By faith! Jesus is the Door. And look at the two's in this verse," Isaiah 22:22 "And I will place on His shoulder the key of the house of David. He shall open, and none shall shut; and He shall shut, and none shall open.”
I think we "fall asleep" sometimes and don't realize how much our Father loves us and delights in us and wants to speak with us and show us things to come and bless us.
we forget that the Holy Spirit dwells within us so we have 24/7 access to our Abba Father. Jesus is waiting for us as the Lover of our souls to wake up from sleep and open the door to Him. He will never give up on you, Beloved. He stands there gently knocking
in great patience and anticipation.
You may freely go in and out at will. Isn't that amazing? You have a 24/7 invitation. And when you see 4's or 2's, there is a Door in front of you! Just walk through
it by faith! God is always waiting to commune with us and speak with us and tell us secrets and strategies and to pour out His Spirit upon us and give us peace!
"Beloved. I know that the cares of
this world sometimes are overwhelming. Instead of hiding from Me and running away in fear, come to Me in times of trouble. Come boldly to My throne of Grace in good times and in bad. Do you hear My gentle knocking? I want to spend time with you. For you were
created by Me and for Me. I delight in you. I will never force My way in, My Child. I stand at the Door and knock gently to get your attention.
"Open to Me, My Bride. I invite you to accept My Gracious
Favors. Do not say," I am not good enough" for the Savior's Blood has made you perfect. You are all fair, My Love; there is no spot in you. Awake, awake Oh My Sleeper, and open up the Door, so that Christ may shine on you. I will come in and sup with you and
you with Me. Come by the Ancient Wooden Door, the Cross. I am the only Way. Step beyond your comfort zone and into My Presence.
"I will wait patiently for you. I will send you signs that I am near. You
will hear My Knock in the Spirit. The Bridegroom longs to commune with His Bride. Don't let religious doctrines keep you from the Fullness of My Love for you. They say you must do this or do that or come to Me through a mediator. No, Beloved. I Myself am your
Mediator. I Myself am the Door to the Glorious Riches of your Inheritance. I am the Door of Abundant Life.
"I am calling. Hear My Voice. Hear the Spirit calling. I am knocking upon the Door of your Heart.
Come running, Beloved. Come running, come running back to Me, My Love! Run to the Door in front of you and let the King of Glory come in!"
When you see FOURS: "DALET" is the fourth letter
of the Hebrew alphabet, meaning DOOR.
When you see TWOS: Isaiah 22:22 "And I will place on His shoulder the key of the house of David. He shall open, and none shall shut; and He shall shut, and none shall open."
in Hebrew: "BEHT": Pictographic meaning HOUSE, TENT, sons/daughters. A union of 2 between Christ and His Bride.
DOOR: Strong's Greek 2374: A door, An opportunity. A portal or entrance.
"I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with Me" - This is an image denoting intimacy and friendship. Supper, with the ancients, was the principal social meal; and the idea here is, that between the Savior and those who
would receive Him there would be the intimacy which subsists between those who sit down to a intimate meal together. In all countries and times, to eat together, to break bread together, has been the symbol of friendship and family, and this the Savior promises
here. (Barnes Notes)
"The true church having the righteousness of Christ imputed to them, and covered with that spotless robe, they are considered as having no spot in them; God sees no sin in them, so as to
reckon it to them, and condemn them for it; and they stand unblamable and unreproveable in His sight; and will be presented by Christ, both to Himself and to His Father, and in the view of men and angels, "not having spot or wrinkle, or any such thing", Ephesians
5:27, upon them." (Gill's Exposition)
Revelation 3: 20
"Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come
in and dine with him, and he with Me."
John 10: 7-10
So Jesus again said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, I am the DOOR of the sheep. All who came before me are thieves and
robbers, but the sheep did not listen to them. I am the DOOR. If anyone enters by Me, he will be saved and WILL GO IN AND OUT and find pasture. The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life and have it abundantly.
So it is said: "Awake, O sleeper, rise up from the dead, and Christ will shine on you."
Song of Solomon 4:7
"You are all fair,
My love; there is no spot in you."
Song of Solomon 5:1-2
The Bridegroom speaking:
"I have come to My garden, My sister, My bride; I have gathered
My myrrh with My spice. I have eaten My honeycomb with my honey; I have drunk My wine with My milk. Eat, O friends, and drink; drink freely, O Beloved.”
The Bride speaking:
but my heart is awake. A sound! MY BELOVED IS KNOCKING!
The Bridegroom speaking:
“Open to Me, My sister, My darling, My dove, My flawless one. My head is drenched with dew,
My hair with the dampness of the night.” (He has been waiting all night; DEW falls heavily in summer nights in the East)
Song of Solomon 2:14
"O My dove, that art in the clefts of the
rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let Me see your countenance, let Me hear your voice; for sweet is your voice, and your countenance is comely.”
