MEDITATIONS ON THE TRUE CHRISTIAN LIFE
By Glenn H. Jackson
______...."This book of the law [the Word of God] shall not depart from [always be in] your
mouth, but you shall meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful [take heed] to do according to all that is written in it; for THEN you will make your way prosperous, and THEN you will have
success".... Joshua 1:8 NASB
THE TWO CONFESSIONS
[part 5 of 11]
"positive confession" - to acknowledge that the Father and His Word are the supreme authority over our lives with every word we speak and every
action we carry out in correspondence with a revelation of the Father's Word/Will;
____...."But having the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, "I BELIEVED, THEREFORE I SPOKE," we also
believe, therefore we also speak [proclaim]".... 2 Corinthians 4:13 NASB
____...."Therefore, holy brethren, partakers of a heavenly calling, consider Jesus, the Apostle and High Priest of our
confession".... Hebrews 3:1 NASB

____You talk about your trials and your difficulties, of your lack of faith, of your lack of money, and faith shrivels, loses its virility.
spirit life shrinks.
____You study about what you are in Christ and then confess it boldly.
____You dare to act on the Word in the face of sense

[Exhortations From The Father]
* Those who fear the Truth will remain bound to "lies".
...."You [Pharisee] are
of your father the devil, and you want to do the desires of your father. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth because there is NO truth in him. Whenever he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own nature, for he is a liar and te
father of lies".... John 8:44 NASB
___ ...."God did not give us a spirit of fear, but of power, and of love [trust],
and of a sound mind".... 2 Timothy 1:7 Young's Literal Translation
