"Reflections Upon Reflections" [of The Father's Heart]

...."You, in Your great compassion, did not forsake them in the wilderness; The pillar of cloud did not leave them by day, to guide them on their way, or the pillar of fire by night, to light for them the way in which they were to go".... Nehemiah 9:19 NASB

OFFENSE "HELD TO" ALWAYS FINDS A WAY TO EXPRESS ITSELF Words of prophecy: * If one "maintains" unforgiveness then eventually they shall "seek revenge" [through self-vindication and self-justification] - even though they may "consciously" believe that they hold no unforgiveness. ...."Be gentle and forbearing with one another and, if one has a difference [a grievance or complaint] against another, readily pardoning each other; even as the Lord has [freely] forgiven you, so must you also [forgive].

And above all these [put on] love and enfold yourselves with the bond of perfectness [which binds everything together completely in ideal harmony]".... Colossians 3:13-14 The Amplified Translation

...."[Now having received the Holy Spirit, and being led and directed by Him] if you forgive the sins of anyone, they are forgiven; if you retain the sins of anyone, they are retained".... John 20:23 The Amplified Translation Offense "held to" [maintained] ALWAYS finds a way to express [justify] itself. That is precisely why one must always release any potential ground of offense within them - immediately. Because offense held to will SURELY [consciously or unconsciously] be found seeking vengeance and/or selfvindication. ...."He who covers and forgives an offense seeks love”

.... Proverbs 17:9a The Amplified Translation Prayer of Proclamation: Father, we thank You and praise You that You have created in us hearts that are slow to anger and quick to forgive - hearts that steadfastly refuse to take "offense". And we declare it DONE [on an ongoing basis] in Jesus' Name - to Your greatest Glory. Amen.

this is so beautiful and such a testimony to the Lord's healing power and sanctification through our suffering. Much of my walk with Christ is similar to yours.
