TRUTH FROM GODS WORD

BY CORNERSTONE TELEVISION NETWORK

1 Thessalonians 5:15-18

See that no one renders evil for evil to anyone, but always pursue what is good both for yourselves and for all.  Rejoice always, pray without ceasing, in everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.

God’s Will For You

Pursue good. Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. Give thanks in everything. This is God’s will for you. If we lived each day focused on these four areas, we would live with more power and joy. Consider writing them on note cards and placing them where you can read them often. They work as a simple reminder to turn your thoughts, words, and actions towards Christ so you can become the person God made you to be. Pursue good. Rejoice always. Pray without ceasing. Give thanks in everything!

It is the month of Thanksgiving! Let’s spend this month looking at what the Bible says about the benefits of having an attitude of gratitude, as well as how men and women in the Bible gave thanks to the Lord. Focusing on gratitude, and actively thanking God each day blesses both Him and you!

this is so beautiful and such a testimony to the Lord's healing power and sanctification through our suffering. Much of my walk with Christ is similar to yours.
